Sprint to SOC2 with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding with the Sprinto product and team was a breeze. We were fully supported throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question about a policy or requirement, it was easy to find the solution within the product or with the Sprinto CS team.
I don't have to keep special calendars to manage staying on time with due dates for different items as I am reminded through the platform when things should be handled. Onboarding new team members is a breeze and keeps us compliant as we grow. Offboarding is equally as simple which we have unfortunately had to use, albeit less than the onboarding! Knowing that my team has accepted all policies, taken the required training, and has a secure device at all times is a big stress reliever for me. Busy work is out the window and we are compliant!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say about dislikes. I have had a superb experience with the Sprinto product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were continuously confronted with our lack of SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. We implemented a number of laborious procedures to meet the general requirements of SOC 2 while not going all the way with certification. It was a mess for the team and for management. Sprinto not only solved that -- they made our auditors life super simple and we have passed without "any noted exceptions and therefore was issued with a “clean” audit opinion from SSF." -- Yes sir!

What do you like best about the product?
We got our SOC-2 Type 1 & ISO27001 compliance within a few weeks & are now working towards GDPR & HIPAA. At no point in time did we have to look up any compliance jargon, our success manager took care of all auditor conversations & made it feel like a truly painless process
What do you dislike about the product?
After thinking hard, I am not able to come up with anything, we had a seamless experience & it’s hard to criticize when a complex issue is addressed the way Sprinto does it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted our customers to trust us with their information. Although we always followed the best standards, since we weren’t compliant it wasn't easy to show that to our prospects. We then realized the only way to solve this is would be by getting compliant with widely adopted frameworks like SOC-2 & ISO27001.
We tried doing this the manual way previously and it took us about 6 months to get things into place. When we learned this could be automated, this was a no-brainer & Sprinto exceeded expectations by getting us compliant in weeks!

Sprinto tool is very easy to use and it helps to monitor the infrastructure, access control, etc automatically.

Not much just some minor stuff that can be automated. Some things needed to be manually done such as file uploads. If it could be integrated into the application it would be great.

We wanted ISO Compliance for our company's security as well as we would be more trusted by our clients which usually consist of enterprises and funded startups. Having an ISO would show validation and the whole process to be compliant was done through Sprinto.

Sprinto delivered on their promise to get us compliant in a significantly shorter period of time.

To name a few, there were several aspects of Sprinto that we enjoyed.
1. Their tool, which does a real-time audit of your existing infrastructure and sends out warnings when something breaks down.
2. Their strategy of assigning a dedicated success manager to help you through the audit process and become compliant.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, however as a small and growing company, their lack of support pages on various elements caused us to rely on the success manager more than we required at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small company with a small team of engineers. And our goal was to achieve ISO and SOC2 compliance in a short period of time with minimal engineering involvement. And I'm happy to report that we were able to accomplish this using Sprinto. In addition, the entire procedure was less intimidating.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprinto application can be more user-friendly when being used without supervision, for eg. a new employee completing security training or going through policies gets a bit lost upon seeing it for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprinto for our SOC 2 reports, managing version controls, employee devices, and other platforms that require company accounts with MFA and other security alerts
Reliable, Quick and Hassle Free way to compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is apple to apple in terms of product wrt other vendors in the market, but the two things that really differentiates them is their awesome Customer Success Team and minimal to zero-touch auditing mechanism. They have saved me a hell lot of time! Thank you. Special mentions to Rajiv Ranjan for his immense help in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, I would though love some product-related upgrades like deeper integrations with Github and AWS for SSO-related things. And a common dashboard to take actions in one place rather than redirecting to the individual pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got our SOC2 constructs in place in less than 4 weeks and got the compliance in a record time, with much less cost.
