Automates Compliance, Lets Us Focus on Product—Amazing Support from Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has greatly streamlined the compliance process for us, which means we can dedicate more time to developing our product. In addition, their customer support has consistently been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, I sometimes struggle with the terminology used, such as distinguishing between workflow checks and controls. This can make it a bit challenging for me to locate where I need to upload things like an image of our cookie banner. Of course, this might just be a personal issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It contains all the educational materials, automatically collects evidence that we are compliant and reminds if some evidence needs to be collected. All this saves us a lot of time.

The customer support is quick to respond, and the assessments are straightforward, both of which contribute to improving the product.

Everything is fine. In my organization, we also use Sprinto for compliance-related matters.

It was especially helpful for SOC compliance, and I found the integrations to be quite convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
It has become much easier to start the certification process thanks to the platform, as well as the helpful advice provided by the Sprinto team. We are already working on our second certification with excellent results in terms of framework implementation.

Smooth SOC 2 Process with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and integrating our systems took very little effort. The team is also incredibly responsive and supportive, checking in regularly and making sure we stayed on track throughout the SOC 2 process. Everything felt organized and straightforward from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has gone well so far. Maybe a few small UI improvements could make navigation even smoother, but nothing significant.

Sprinto automates most of the SOC 2 work, like evidence collection and tracking, so we save time and stay organized. Their guidance makes the whole process much easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Having led SOC2 before with another tool and auditor we dreaded doing ISO27001 but Sprinto is a comprehensive automated solution for fast certification and compliance for startups like us . We loved it and entire process was slick and super fast .

Minor issue with some UI/UX as you need to send reminders to get to right links for users .

We needed fast compliance for large partners we engage with in enterprise software and the trustworthy AI space we work in .

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto’s customer support has truly impressed us. With regular check-ins from our implementation specialists and access to 24/7 messaging support, our questions were answered promptly, allowing us to maintain momentum toward ISO27001 readiness. The platform itself is user-friendly: tasks are clearly organized, progress is simple to monitor, and the implementation process feels manageable, step by step. We also appreciated Sprinto’s robust integrations with our cloud providers, which made monitoring effortless. In the end, Sprinto became the central hub for our entire compliance process, and we depend on it whenever we work on compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue we faced was that some of the example fixes intended to enhance our compliance readiness with our managed cloud services did not function immediately as provided; they needed customization to fit our environment. Nevertheless, after making small adjustments, everything operated smoothly.

Sprinto enabled us to achieve ISO27001 compliance efficiently, all while staying within our budget and making the most of our limited team resources. The platform simplified every step of the process, from organizing the compliance roadmap and delegating tasks to monitoring progress and working with our external auditor. Thanks to the clear structure Sprinto provided, we saved a considerable amount of time and effort. This allowed our small team to remain focused on our main responsibilities while still meeting important compliance milestones.
