What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager at Sprinto gave us complete visibility of the process & made sure we didn't miss anything. We didn’t even have to worry about the auditor conversations. We got both SOC -2 & ISO27001 in a matter of weeks
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, when everything worked so seamlessly it’s hard to complain, I would definitely recommend Sprinto

We solved an incredibly difficult problem of building trust through maintaining top-notch security & privacy measures in the most fun way possible. It’s been so easy it’s surreal

What do you like best about the product?
Our Account Manager, Shivang, at Sprinto provided us with full transparency throughout the process and ensured that we stayed on track without missing any details. We didn’t even have to be concerned about communicating with the auditor, as everything was handled smoothly. We were able to achieve both SOC-2 and ISO27001 certifications within just a few weeks.

Reliable Guidance for Successful ISO 42001 Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The application is extremely user friendly and well laid out. Easy to navigate and set up whatever you want. Customer support is amazing as well. I use it a lot, and only find more functionality each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. The application works well for our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprinto to manage our Security Certifications and everything that comes along with it. I was part of the ISO 42001:2023 implementation, and Sprinto made the whole process very easy for us even though it's a relatively new certification. We figured everything out together and it all worked out well in the end.

Comprehensive Compliance Automation - Automates evidence collection, real-time monitoring, and supports multiple frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)

Integration or Automation Hiccups - integration challenges with niche tools or occasional automation failures, though support often resolves these quickly

Disconnected Tools & Fragmented Workflows - Allows pre-built or custom compliance workflows, with role-based task assignments, tiered escalations, and alert notifications via Slack or email.

Integration limitations, UI bugs, customization needs, pricing for small businesses, fast UI updates

Automates key tasks like evidence collection, continuous control monitoring, risk assessments, and alerting via integrations with cloud systems, HRMS, infra, and more—eliminating much of the manual effort

What do you like best about the product?
The best part was the customer support. Our support rep. Mr. Ajay Tambe has been super responsive and always keen to resolve any doubts or issues. He is very patient. Many a times, he nudged us to keep at it when the progress was slow due to competing priorities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs improvement in terms of latency of certain tasks and fixing of bugs and improvements. Can also keep the guides and templates up to date with the enhancements that happen on the 3rd party tools that Sprinto integrates with example AWS etc.

Sprinto helped us in implementing procedures and check and controls in our organization as per SoC2 and ISO standards.

Sprinto’s Trust Center has been instrumental in helping us efficiently handle external stakeholder document requests related to Compliance. The services team at Sprinto is outstanding, and the platform itself is extremely user-friendly. Thanks to Sprinto, we have been able to manage our InfoSec frameworks with ease and precision.
