Working with Pavithra throughout our ISO 27001 certification process has been a truly outstanding experience. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity played a key role in making what could have been a complex and time-consuming process remarkably smooth and efficient.
She consistently provided prompt, clear guidance on each step, addressed all our questions with precision, and ensured we always knew what was needed from our side. Pavithra independently managed communications with our auditors (Accorp), keeping us fully informed while minimizing our operational involvement.
The Sprinto platform itself functioned flawlessly, and with Pavithra’s coordination, the time and effort required on our end were drastically reduced. Her ability to preemptively address blockers and streamline every aspect of the implementation reflects a deep understanding of both compliance processes and customer needs.

There’s really nothing I would call a true downside. The process was smooth, well-structured, and exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Sprinto, we were able to achieve ISO 27001 certification much faster than expected, while significantly reducing the internal workload. Our team stayed focused on daily business activities, knowing that Sprinto handled the audit coordination smoothly. This resulted in a stress-free audit experience with full confidence at every stage.
Great Partner for Streamlining SOC2 and HIPAA Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helped us navigate SOC2 and HIPAA certification without needing to bring on a fractional CISO. Their platform is well-organized, and their team guided us through every step of the process, from initial setup to final audit prep. What stood out was how hands-on and responsive they were. Whenever we hit a blocker, they helped resolve it quickly. The whole experience felt efficient and focused, and we were able to stay lean and move fast without cutting corners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit rigid at times, some workflows are optimized for common SaaS setups. Customizing controls or evidence paths required a bit more back-and-forth than we’d like. That said, their team was always willing to step in and help when the automation didn’t fit our setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto eliminates the overhead of managing compliance manually. We didn’t need to hire a fractional CISO or dedicate internal resources full-time to SOC2 and HIPAA. The platform tracks controls, evidence, and audit readiness in one place, which reduced context switching and helped us stay organized. It also gave us confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks, especially important when you’re moving fast and building a company.

its ability to keep track of Antivirus check schedules and sleep intervals, ensuring consistent monitoring and excellent security coverage
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit frustrating that the antivirus check sleep time can't be adjusted to suit specific needs. A bit more flexibility here would be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is hands-down the best. Any time we had a question or got stuck, their team jumped in quickly and guided us through. It’s rare to find support that’s both fast and genuinely helpful. Makes the whole compliance process feel less daunting.

Nothing major so far. A couple of features took some getting used to, but support was there to help right away.

The platform is easy to implement, defines clear goals, and its live evidence collection makes compliance almost effortless, with excellent customer support guiding each step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated evidence-collection works well overall, but it could be enhanced to cover certain corner cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto removes the pain of manual evidence collection and control mapping by auto-pulling logs from Azure, GitHub, Google Workspace, etc., and giving us a real-time view of compliance across frameworks. That saves weeks of prep, prevents last-minute surprises, and lets us focus on real security improvements. Bonus: its built-in policy reminders and training tasks ensure every employee stays aware of—and follows—our security standards.

The only hiccup was billing: our first invoice took longer than expected, and a system switch briefly triggered a duplicate charge. Fortunately, Sprinto resolved the error the same day and kept us informed throughout.
