Sprinto Makes Compliance Effortless and Scalable
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprinto gives us real-time visibility into our compliance posture with clear dashboards and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the UI is clean, non-technical users might still need help understanding how compliance mapping works initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto, we had to manually track compliance controls, gather audit evidence, and chase down documentation across teams.

The best part about Sprinto is its real-time compliance visibility paired with proactive support. It feels less like a tool and more like an extension of our team.

Honestly, nothing stands out as a downside so far. The platform has been reliable, intuitive, and well-supported across every touchpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us navigate standard compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 with far greater ease and confidence. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, fragmented tools, and manual reminders, we now have a centralized platform that automates controls, tracks evidence, and gives real-time visibility into our compliance posture. It’s essentially a one-stop shop that saves time, reduces human error, and keeps us audit-ready at all times. The peace of mind and operational efficiency it brings are hard to overstate.
Quick and Effective SOC2 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto allowed us to set up controls for SOC2 compliance in a quick and organized manner, highlighting the exact areas where controls need to be implemented and including step-by-step guides for the implementation itself. Our implementation specialist Kartik Jain was a great help in particular, moving quickly to address questions and resolve issues that popped up during the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were one or two issues with dashboard status updates during the process - but nothing too impactful as everything was resolved in a timely manner with the help of our implementation specialist!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto provides a centralized location for us to manage controls needed to achieve compliance with regulatory standards such as SOC2. It also serves as a helpful platform for audits, providing auditors with all details needed to expedite that process. In general, this greatly helped to speed up time to compliance for us!
Product automates many tasks, and the people give tremendous support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto automates many compliance tasks and provides a good workflow for completing everything. The dashboard extremely helpful for managing the process.
What sets Sprinto apart is the the help and guidance provided by their team. They helped us through the entire process and were very responsive addressing any questions or concerns that we had. In particular, I would like to say that Akshay Bhalotia and Vaibhav Sharma were extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable and were very generous with their time to help us. All of our questions were quickly resolved. I don't think the support could be better.

We are very happy, and I am hesitant to complain, but if I must:
The system description template could be a little more flexible and/or provide better options for companies with both on premises and SaaS offerings and multiple products.
Also the SDLC template leans more waterfall than agile. This could be improved, but you can work with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customers asking us for SOC 2 Type 2 reports. We have never had one, so this forced us to do length security reviews with those customers. We hope this will help us reduce the time we spend doing that and get customers to buy faster.
Great Tool with Wonderful Onboarding and Implementation Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a great tool for helping to become process oriented and guiding a company through SOC 2 (or similar) processes.
We were especially happy Sprinto's onboarding and implementation support team. They were super patient and responsive, and they stuck with us for many months, guiding us through the process (big shout out to Akshay Bhalotia and Vaibhav Sharma!).

It automates much of the evidence collection, and helpfully nags you on all of the things you need to do on an ongoing basis.

Sprinto’s Customer Success Manager made the entire process transparent and effortless for us. We didn’t have to worry about auditor interactions, and we secured both SOC-2 and ISO 27001 certifications in just a few weeks.

Honestly, when everything runs so smoothly, there's little to complain about. I'd highly recommend Sprinto."

The platform integrated seamlessly with our existing tools (such as AWS, GitHub, and Google Workspace), allowing us to monitor compliance without manual effort continuously. Their UI is intuitive, the checklist approach is clear and actionable, and the support team is highly responsive. What would typically take weeks was completed in days. Their guidance on SOC 2 was especially helpful, breaking down complex steps into manageable tasks.

While Sprinto covers most compliance standards thoroughly, the platform could benefit from deeper integrations with niche tools some startups use. The pricing is a bit steep for early-stage companies, and more transparent, tiered pricing on the website would be helpful. A mobile dashboard for quick updates or alerts would also be a useful addition.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto nails the ease of use equation, and it is all because of our account manager Shivang: a clean UI, clear next-step prompts, and a real-time readiness dashboard that we now check multiple times a day (so frequency of use is high). Ease of implementation was equally impressive—onboarding took one morning, with the wizard walking us through every control. Integrations were almost plug-and-play; connecting AWS, GitHub, Jira, and Slack took minutes, so the ease of integration box is firmly ticked. Despite that smooth setup, Sprinto still packs a serious number of features and all this comes with a great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The control-mapping UI can feel rigid when documenting truly bespoke policies, and on-prem integrations still need a bit more polish. That said, these are minor quibbles compared with the time we saved and the confidence we gained.

Our growth-stage SaaS team had two big headaches: proving we were enterprise-grade secure and freeing engineers from endless screenshot-grabbing every audit cycle. Sprinto connects directly to AWS, GitHub, Jira, and Slack, pulls evidence automatically, and flags gaps in real time. We wrapped up both SOC 2 and ISO 27001 in under eight weeks, saved dozens of engineering hours per month, and now hand prospects an up-to-date report on the first sales call—shortening deal cycles and boosting trust.

The initial setup took longer than expected, especially when connecting some of the less common integrations. Some parts of the documentation could be more detailed for technical users who want to go beyond the default configurations. Also, the reporting dashboard could benefit from a bit more customisation and export options.
