Seamless ISO 27001:2022 certification with outstanding automation and support.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made the ISO 27001:2022 certification process extremely smooth by automating most of the compliance tasks. The Azure integration was seamless, and the intuitive dashboard allowed us to track and manage controls effortlessly. Their support team was always available and highly knowledgeable, ensuring that any queries or gaps were quickly addressed. The overall onboarding and execution experience was efficient and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very efficient, initial navigation of the dashboard required a bit of hand-holding. Some advanced features could benefit from additional tooltips or in-app guidance. However, their responsive support team bridges these gaps quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has significantly simplified our path to ISO 27001:2022 certification by automating compliance workflows, control tracking, and evidence collection. Manual compliance tasks that previously took weeks are now completed in hours. With direct integration to our Azure environment, it ensures real-time visibility into compliance posture and drastically reduces audit preparation time. This not only saves resources but also helps us stay audit-ready throughout the year.

What do you like best about the product?
The curiosity, knowledge, timely responses, professional works from Sprinto staff, particularly from Akshay Bhalotia is exceptional. Very pleased with the support we got, through the entire cert. process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs on the Sprinto system, but were resolved quickly (mostly over night!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto supports our SOC2 compliance process, through Sprinto's platform, which was very easy to use, comprehensive, and complete.

What do you like best about the product?
I was truly surprised at how easy it was to handle evidence collection, establish policies, and set up training programs. There was no need to gather information from countless company documents, infrastructure, or other services, no need to spend hours or days digging into minor details or waiting on the team to resolve issues — everything was automated and available in one place. It’s truly impressive.

Last but not least, I’d like to highlight the outstanding work of our Account Manager, Kartik Jain. From onboarding and setting up integrations to explaining findings and addressing any questions, Kartik stayed closely involved and supported us all the way through until we received our SOC 2 certificate. What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some small lags and a bit complicated UI but they are making it better (last UI change make everything easier IMO)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Policies and training distribution is now much more clearer and we can easily address gaps
Cloud compliance monitoring is now reporting on new findings, providing high level information and guidance as well as SLA for compliance frameworks

A smooth process with a competent and professional team
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform made it easy to understand what information was required to complete our audit preparation. Their internal documentation was comprehensive and their team was quite responsive to any problems which popped up along the way. Special shout-out to Akshay B for being a fantastic partner and for taking care of us as we worked through the process. Akshay was always able to give me clear and insightful answers to my questions and to expedite fixes on the backend when applicable. We didn't have any trouble with the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been helpful to have a visualization of the overall timeline beyond the percentage completion and task list. Just showing the major milestones and how far we'd advanced along that path. That said, I was able to keep track of this through the Sprinto dashboard info and through asking questions of the Sprinto team, and Googling. So it wasn't really a prohibitive thing in any way.

Sprinto: Streamlining Compliance with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a solid tool for streamlining the compliance workflow and making audit management a lot more efficient . It reduces manual efforts , it also pulls data from existing tools and store it to one central place.
What do you dislike about the product?
its good tool just they need to update their customer support as response time is bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was very difficult to in compliance process , gathering evidence , document as all it requires manual effort for audit but now with the help of Sprinto it saves lots of manual effort as it collect evidence in real - time also now we do not spend hours to chase team member for documentation manually.
My Laptop Security
What do you like best about the product?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this application will auto-close, and will not detect the lock screen setting. Apart from this, I liked everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this application from my day 1 in my company. It scans my laptop periodically and checks if there is any security threat. And it checks the Screen locks, prevent unauthorized third-parties from accessing your laptop when unattended by requiring a password to dismiss the screen saver or wake from "sleep" mode.

What do you like best about the product?
It supports all major frameworks, like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR, allowing us to manage multiple compliance standards within a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our team members have reported screen resolution issues when using Sprinto on their Linux machines.

Sprinto helped us in addressing the complexities involved in security compliance by automating and streamlining the whole process while also reducing the manual effort and the potential for any errors.
