Sprinto saved a lot of time and support was excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and there is a lot of automation that checks the status of technical and non-technical compliance. The support we had from staff was excellent. It was very quick to implement. It quickly became our go to place for tracking and making progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things cannot be done in the basic plan which we were not aware of but the support team were very accomodating and helped up without having to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our compliance audit. It has saved a lot of time and we passed our audit first time. The quality of support is very reassuring.

The price is very competitive, they are attentive and their software is straight to the point making compliance a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, genuinely a great option and I wouldn't see why to use a competitor for our pre-seed company's SOC2 process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very clear what is needed to achieve SOC2 and guides you through it, minimizing the effort required from your end.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes about the tool. The only thing I wish for is dark mode.

Reporting devices and to check whterhe they are passing all the checks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto has been a valuable tool for streamlining our compliance efforts, and we appreciate the platform's robust features and helpful support. However, we've found the cost to be a significant factor, especially for smaller businesses. Additionally, the renewal options lack the flexibility we need to adapt to our evolving budget and compliance needs. While the platform itself is excellent, we hope Sprinto will consider offering more cost-effective packages and more adaptable renewal terms in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive User interface. Once configured to integrate with your systems, Sprinto ensures seamless compliance documentation - making it so easy. The Dashboard on Sprinto helps one to easily keep track of the compliance status also.
The Customer Support also has been superb. Mallika Arjun is very easily accessible and has always helped with timely assistance and expert guidance.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking mechanism for some of the offline documents that needs to be maintained for continued compliance can be improved on Sprinto. A listing of all such additional documents based on the policies and procedures, could help the Users to keep track on them and ensure compliance.
