the Vendors quoting process, it would be great that sprinto added intro their process, to introduce the costumer to one of the audit vendors if they choose to do it.
Some of the vendors are unresponsive when approached directly, Shruti helped us forcing the introduction to a couple, and after that we were able to Quote our Soc 2 and Hipaa audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Sprinto has been great in achieving SOC2 Type-II audit compliance. It has a very user-friendly interface which is easy to use. Sprinto has an amazing team of experts who help you with initial setup to final certification and guide you in maintaining the required process. Our account manager Shivang was a great help in this journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about. We never faced any major issues. Sprinto team is always ready to help. So far so good.
