What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, everything has been great, but sometimes the documentation, particularly around "how to fix" certain issues, could be updated or enhanced. It would be helpful to have more detailed guides to address specific challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps streamline the process of achieving and maintaining ISO27001 certification, which can be complex and time-consuming. By providing a structured, easy-to-follow platform, it simplifies compliance management, saving us time and effort. Sprinto’s automation and clear guidance allowed us to efficiently track progress and stay on top of required actions, ultimately helping us secure ISO27001 certification for Open Screenplay. This has boosted our credibility and provided assurance to our stakeholders regarding data security practices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinto is integrated with our Slack workspace and I get automated notifications/reminders for pending certification tasks. Also, the Sprinto app is super-intuitive and easy to use and automatically reports my device status taking away the need for manual reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's a great product in all ramifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has simplified security compliance for us. Particularly our organization has benefited from Sprinto in obtaining and maintaining our SOC 2 compliance certification.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized dashboard for ease of use to monitor your infrastructure, devices, and other resources. Customer Support is top-notch. The ease of implementation and integration is one of the best features.

The refresh button to get the latest update feels like it doesn't work but it takes minutes to get the latest update.

Sprinto assist us with the requirements for auditing and security compliance.
Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The application has simplified our compliance monitoring and reporting. A combination of the Sprinto Dashboard and Sprinto App allows for easy tracking of device compliance for our employees along with monitoring the compliance of our 3rd part software and tools. Most of all Shivam S, our account manager has been very supportive ensuring all our questions and queries are resolved quickly. He keeps is on top of all our audit tasks and keeps us updated to ensure successful completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have no compliants about Sprinto. There is one bug with the Dr Sprinto app, however the support team and Shivam have been working feverishly to have it resolved.

Sprinto automates the compliance monitoring for our 3rd party software tools as well as the compliance of our company and employee devices. Sprinto also assist with preparing for comliance audits and ensuring all issues are resolved prior to each audit.
