Easy to use compliance management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and automated workflows to keep compliances in check. Integrations with external tools to monitor and report the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no complaints so far for our implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprinto to get SOC2 and ISO27001:2022 certifications and continuous monitoring of security compliances.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto one of the best security compliance tool and minimzed the work of addressing the security issues and for the artificats. Provided the Trust centre page is one of the best features offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Trust centre page has to be improvised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped in the automation of addressing the issues providing with the templates and work around solutions. Really helped in aritfact the security documents.

Sprinto is easy to use and provides reminders of different compliances which helps overall. Guidelines are lucidly given for completing compliances.

No dislikes or demerits as such. It is working well as of now.

For my role access management and assets used by team members detailing made easy.

Except some bugs in the new ui, there is nothing much to dislike.

Our SOC2 compliance made easy by them. Prompt alerts on issues helps us solve those on time and provides smooth complaince audit.

Cost effective, SOC2 Certification Process Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has helped our startup in setting up the proper process for all the employee's onboarding. Our account manager Shivang has helped us a lot when we wanted to add SOC2 compliance at our startup. The security trainings and guidelines section was very easy to configure and is used very frequently for different policies that we have. The device reporting flow and its integration with Mac and Windows environment is very quick and easy to use. Special shoutout again to Shivang for helping us in setting up different processes around the compliances, setting up different guidelines and policies for employee onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain. Everything seems to be working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has helped us in integrating multiple flows in our organization. It has helped us in making guidelines, policies, security trainings, and for a flow for the employees to complete these mandatory trainings. Another major usecase is scheduled device reporting, where we report the organization provided devices on Sprinto. It has helped us in handling MFA. One of the major use was when we had to get SOC 2 compliance. We were using Sprinto for the whole process and it was very much hassle-free to do.

Their prompt support. Whenever we had a question, we would hardly have to wait for a couple of minutes to get a reply. And they never delay junmping into a call if that is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their data fetches happen periodically (example: fetche employees list from google workspace). If those could happen at a higher frequency, or in real-time, that would be amazing.

While Sprinto has been an overall positive experience, we raised few feature request as a part of improvement. One of the feature i would say to be added is multiple policy owners
