Great experience from beginning to the end
What do you like best about the product?
It made getting SOC2 and ISO certified a breeze. Sprinto has a great combination of technology that automates providing evidence to a LOT of the requirements, together with great services to help you close the remaining gap. This meant we could get certified in probably 20% of the time it would have otherwise taken.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really struggle to think of anything. It truly was a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to provide evidence of our security posture by getting SOC2 and ISO certified. Sprinto helped our company get ready for this and make sure we ticked all the boxes. By getting certified we provide the evidence our enterprise customers need from us.

There is nothing I don't like about Sprinto. Sprinto has made my job so much more seamless.

It reduces the time and effort required to maintain compliance standards, making it easier for our team to focus on core business tasks. The platform simplifies audits, ensures we stay on top of security requirements, and provides clear guidance, which ultimately saves us money and reduces stress. This has been a huge benefit, allowing us to meet compliance goals without the usual headaches.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all everything was really easy to set up, and even where there may have been some issues at first, Abir and the support team have quickly worked to identify the issue and solve it.
It's really nice to see everything in one place and to be able to have just one platform with everything needed in terms of compliance with different frameworks.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's constantly updating, but the number of existing integrations for access management could be improved as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having templates for policies was a real help, even though we already had policies for almost everything related to the frameworks we wanted to work on, it's been easy to edit the existing templates to fit our needs and our already existing policies.
Also having all our vendors in our IdP, the Sprinto platform makes it way eassier to asess the risk of each vendor and make sure it's all taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has a great user friendly dashboard that lets end users track and maintain parameters to ensure we are always compliant. Starting from initial set up to managing and tracking the tasks in order to maintain health throughout the year, Sprinto has worked seamlessly. Gurudev and Ajay have been really supportive in assisting with any queries while keeping things simple. Its integration with our HRMS tool is very useful. Overall, its a great solution for us to efficiently manage our compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment.
However, while we looking for a long term partnership, Sprinto might want to look at offering cost effective packages that might be benefitial in the long run to both parties.

What do you like best about the product?
Well integrated automation platform and great support. Our Customer Success Manager at Sprinto Pavithra was of an immense help. She supported us through us the end-to-end journey and answered all our questions, very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything worked as seamlessly as we hoped it would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to setup all the necessary controls that allowed us to get SOC 2 ceritifed in such a smooth manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto team did an amazing job helping us streamline our SOC 2 project. Abir and his team were exceptionally helpful and responsive. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed promptly. Overall a great experience working with Sprinto.

I had a few issues with logging into the platform through email MFA.

Working with Sprinto, we have tightened up our infrastructure and documentation.

The best part is that Sprinto constantly monitors everything and helps us address vulnerabilities faster, reminds us of processes, etc.

Sometimes, it wasn't clear what to do on our own, but the support always helped us.

Sprinto helps us with our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification.
