Efficient work flow
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto gives you a overview beforehand so that you can plan the execution of exactly the pointers which need to be dealt with , for any certification. Support is also very good they come to help asap as and when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard is very informative. Support representatives also are very attentive and cater to your specific requirements asap

Sprinto is helping me with inlining my organization against any certifications required.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager at Sprinto provided us with full visibility throughout the process, ensuring we didn’t overlook anything. They answered all our questions with clear, actionable guidance to achieve SOC2 compliance. Best of all, we didn’t have to worry about handling conversations with the auditor.

We tackled the challenging task of building trust by upholding top-tier security and privacy measures in the most enjoyable way; Compliance Management, Audits, and Certifications.
Comprehensive, reliable and cost effective security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
They have all the core features needed to get certified quickly, including very competend onboarding support (even via Slack!) which resulted in an implementation time of just 4 weeks. At the same time the feature set continues to grow and feature requests for integrations are being taken serious.
Most importantly in the day to day it just makes my life so easy: I login daily and get a birds eye view of all the connected systems. Often that is all that is needed but if necessary I get directed to where I need to check in my 3rd party systems with instructions what is needed to remain complaint.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The only "issue" is that a few systems do not yet have official integrations but the list of such systems is getting shorter and shorter. The most pressing remaining missing integration is for https://platform.sh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly become and remain SOC2 compliant. Having a system that guides me along the way and pulls relevant information into a single task list is a huge time saver and ensures a high degree of confidence that I can present to our customers via the trust center.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is an incredible online resource for SaaS companies that accellerated our SOC2 audit and provides an ongoing vulnerability status in all the critical areas. Additionally we worked with Varun Mehrotra as our onboarding and support manager who is incredible every step of the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provides real-time monitoring of your assets and ensures that those assets are compliance-ready by continuously monitoring them. It sends you alerts to address any issues, helping you maintain up-to-date compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up compliance using Sprinto takes time because the setup is complex. Users need to be aware of how the application works in their system, or someone should guide them through the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Their dashboard is robust and makes it easy to understand which tasks need to be completed. The support and weekly calls were extremely helpful, as there is a bit of a learning curve at first. Special thanks to Akshay, who was there every step of the way to implement all the controls and complete the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced trouble with some of our team accessing employee materials using screen readers. Aprinto quickly assessed the issues and is working on making the platform accessible to people with disabilities.
