What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sprinto for almost 2 years now. The best part is the way it enabled you to continiously monitor the security posture. The team was super proactive and help us finish the compliance process faster than the mutually decided timeline. Also, the product was super easy to implement. We got the support from Sprinto team whenever we needed. The dedicated account manager helped us integrate the tool which was super easy, we were expecting the long process but Sprinto made it feel like breeze everytime we used it. Now we are able to montior the risk across devices with just few clicks. We have ensured that we analyse vendor risks on Sprinto atleast once in 2 weeks to stay on top of vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tried hard intially to find while onboarding on Sprinto but couldn't find any at that time and even after 2 years of continious usage can't find any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto help us get SOC 2 Type II Compliant which is cumbersome process otherwise.

I found Sprinto be easy to use and navigate for our compliance process.
The platform is pretty straightforward to use and it gives a good picture of the tasks which are complete and what is pending to be done.

Sprinto's service was great in assisting our IT staff in achieving ISO 27001 certification.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps guide us step by step on what we need to do to reach compliance, and whenever we have questions, Gautam is only a slack message away and always responds super quickly and effectively. It's been very easy to implement and to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... I wish it wasn't returning so many flags on our systems haha

We're trying to reach PCI compliance. Sprinto basically tells us what to do, step by step, to get there.

Compliance platform and framework for HIPAA and SOC2
Excellent platform, easy to work with, and a real time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has everything for preparing yourself for various audits (SOC2, ISO, etc.). The UI is easy to work with and the documentation is thorough. Sprinto support is also great, they follow you through the whole process and provide valuable help. It saved us a great deal of time in our pursuit for SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications.

Defining process, policies with available templates. Nothing we need to invent, instead everything is available ready made, just with few customization.

We had an integration issue initially, but when we contacted Kishore, the technical support team resolved it quickly. Other than that, I can't think of anything we were unhappy about.

We completed our ISO 27001:2022 certification with Sprinto. Their support and platform helped us ensure that all processes were in place and that we were acting according to all standards.
Also, we needed a platform that would help us achieve our goals and the certification very quickly. Of all the other options, their timelines were the shortest, and we ended up completing this project even faster.

Easy Compliance with Sprinto's Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to get SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant, and we were pretty clueless at first. Sprinto made the process easy. Their system is simple to manage, and they coordinated everything with the auditors. The pending tasks looked overwhelming, but Sprinto connected with us every day to ensure we understood everything and could fix our dashboard issues. They assigned us Simran as our Customer Success Manager, and she was amazing. She helped us get compliant quickly without much work.

In the beginning, the process seemed overwhelming and we had some trouble figuring things out. But once we got in touch with Sprinto's support, they helped us sort everything out.
