Sprinto has been an absolute game-changer for our HIPAA compliance journey. What stands out most is their exceptional customer support, particularly our Onboarding/Implementation Specialist, Akshay Bhalotia. Akshay's expertise and adaptability in guiding us through the process, while accommodating our unique needs, was truly outstanding.
The platform's strengths are numerous:

- Thorough cloud provider integrations, including support for DigitalOcean
- The ability to publish a trust web page with our compliance badge

What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience with Sprinto has been extremely positive, there were occasional minor glitches when integrating with third-party vendors for automated verifications. However, it's worth noting that we managed to overcome these issues, and they didn't significantly impact our compliance process.
One area for potential improvement would be to offer more flexibility in hosting the trust web page on our own domain. While the current option is good, having easier customization for seamless integration with our website would be a welcome enhancement.
These minor points aside, Sprinto has exceeded our expectations in streamlining our HIPAA compliance efforts, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any organization seeking a robust, user-friendly compliance solution backed by outstanding support.

Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We are client of Sprinto from last 3 years. They are help us to complete our SOC2 Type2 and ISO 27001 certification. They are very helpful and they know what exact the customer needs which is very impressive. And the features on Sprinto dashboard are up to the mark and it very easy to intrgate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not experiance any downsides while using Sprinto.

The main thing I dislike about Sprinto is the initial learning curve when setting it up and customizing it to our specific needs. It takes a bit of time to get everything configured correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool automates nearly everything, featuring an exceptionally intuitive interface. What sets it apart from other tools is the personalized support provided by an account manager. This dedicated individual guides you through the implementation of all controls and the entire process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was smooth. What I'd see as an additional feature would be more automation checks and best practices suggestions regarding AWS/Azure setup.

Automation of evidence gathering.
Sprinto SOC = Simply Outstanding Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is like butter, glides with every flow. More importantly the awesome team that was super responsive and committed throughout our jouney. The experience was so good that we are planning to continue with other compliance certifications with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have a particular negative point since the team was fixing issues pronto. Even platform issues were tended to immediately by the coordinator. Zero negatives at the moment.

Compliance is a beast. SOC 2 is simply complex. With the templates and process automation Sprinto just made the entire process a walk in the park. We had time constraints and the team made sure they gave us the due attention for successful completion well within our deadlines!

What do you like best about the product?
The entire audit process was easily managed using the tools and the talents provided. Implementation was straightforward, integration was relatively smooth and the support i received from the team was superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personal and picky, but i do not like extra software installations in order to ensure certainn standards are being met.
