Sprinto offered great expertise and guidance during our SOC2 preparations.
What do you like best about the product?
The sprinto team was very attentive, and each member was polite and very helpful; but espeially Akshay Bhalotia
He was very knowledgeable and often answere question before I asked, I appreciate being able to work ith him.. he made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The also loved how the portal tracked you progress on multiple different types of audits as well as the SOC2, so you know how close you are to the next certification, including the number of controls left to complete. Finally the costs were also very resaonable, cumulatively making the journey to SOC2 and other audits/certification easier.

Sprinto has made SOC2 / GDPR compliance very achievable and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
All the templates, integrations and automated workflow checks save a ton of work. However, the absolute best part of working with Sprinto is the support to ensure that you complete your compliance certification. Every person I engaged with at Sprinto has been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Akshay, who answered all of our questions during our setup to prepare for audit, whether it was on Slack, Zoom, or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a little trouble with the training module and it's tracking. I'm confident Sprinto will improve that as they are actively improving the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team that has to juggle lots of priorities. It's unlikely we would have even kicked off this project, much less completed it, without the essential software and services received from Sprinto.
Good platform with a great team - made getting SOC2 compliance relatively painless.

Really easy to use, lots of guidance and the team were quick to respond to questions and provide additional help when needed.

I'm really hard pressed to say there's anything I disliked about Sprinto TBH

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's automation platform effortlessly manages security compliances, saving time and ensuring continuous compliance. Highly recommended for efficient security compliance automation. Easy to use and to be implemented. A lot Integrations. Our Account Manager, Varun Mehrotra, provides exceptional guidance, making the process seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Great and very helpful support; easy to integrate and use with whatever products we are using in our product. Sai Hemanth was our TAM and he was super helpful and played a vital role in helping us become ready for the audit!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Support was very helpful. We got to tthe Audit stage i nabout a month, whihc If eel was very quick. Changes were made quickly.

Software needs a liitle bit of an update.

The problem Sprinto solved for our company is ISO27001 certification

What do you like best about the product?
Our entire process during SOC2 and ISO was pretty smooth. Sprinto makes it easy to onboard new team members. the entire implementation process was easy to understand by everyone even with very less context of the platform.

Nothing in my experience. Everything was good!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and get started. Frictionless experience. Very easy to implement and get started. The customer support is great. We use it daily and on an on going basis we use a lot of features. The system integrates very easily with other platform.
Guru and Ajay helped us with the implementation and were super helpful. Everyone from Sales (Aravinth) to Customer success were very knowlegable and helpful.

We got SOC 2 Type 2 compliant in less than 3 months and are now able to address the compliance needs from our Enterprise customer.
