Sprinto easily allows you to justify the compliance of your IT security.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto allows handling all compliance issues to justify the security of a proposal, with customer support that truly facilitates the implementation of verifications. Nandhini was a great help.

As Sprinto is very rich, it is necessary to be accompanied to use it correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's comprehensive features and dedicated support have significantly streamlined the compliance process for our organization. Sprinto's built-in tools and templates have provided us with a clear roadmap for implementing and documenting the necessary controls and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller organizations or teams on a tight budget, the expense of using Sprinto is a concern.

Excellent Security Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's compliance expertise is only matched by their focus on customer service. We challenged them with a very aggressive timeline, which they easily met. As a non-technical company founder, I appreciated Sprinto's focus on ensuring my understanding as we moved through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no areas of the process that I would say I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving our SOC 2 compliance audit process. They are helping ensure our customer data is highly secure.
Made a complex process easy to manage and understand
What do you like best about the product?
It is compliance on rails. It holds my hand and helps me organize and remember everything I need to do. It was almost fun to complete each task and see the green completion bar progress. I appreciated the provided templates, thorough instructions for manual tasks, and integrations for automated compliance. It is a very intuitive system.
I also appreciate that our onboarding and preparation is handled by a certified auditor and our content is reviewed by their team internally before it even goes to the auditor. Our auditor, Akshay Bhalotia was a joy to work with. He was polite, responsive, and very knowledgable. His excelent service paired with the well built software made the process smooth and understandable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some people need better microphones for conference calls. There were some minor bugs in the software but they had a quick turn-around time in addressing any that impacted us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software organizes and manages my SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance so I don't have to become an expert on everything on my own. It also presents the information in a format that auditors are used to which reduces the cost and latency in an audit.
Pleasantly surprised with the product and service
What do you like best about the product?
Our onboarding specialist, Akshay, made all the difference. He knew the audit inside and out and had 5 working sessions with us to get our work done. The product itself was more built out than I expected and had more integrations with GCP than originally thought. Compared to Vanta, Sprinto was substantially cheaper, and we were worried that we might be cutting corners, but it ended up being a smooth experience.

I'm not sure I could have navigated the process without Akshay's help.

Sprinto simplified security compliance process and helped up to obtain SOC2 in a very short time
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto platform is intuitive and simple helping you to go from 0 to 100% compliance fast and efficient. The Customer Success representetive was extremely helpful; in few meeting she guided us on how to prepare our evidences, policies and documents and significantly expedited the preparation time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, no complaints. It is a great tool. Perhaps my only comment is to add more technical integration possibilites to cover tools like Vercel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies and streamlines the process for obtaing security compliance certificates such as SOC2 and ISO270001.

Great platform, very straightforward implementation and really outstanding (!) customer support. Thanks to the whole Sprinto team and especially Varun, our customer success manager, who led us through the process and ensured we achieved our compliance goals.

It is hard for me to find any. Sprinto team does a decent job.

It is a highly reliable platform, it streamlines the whole audit process preparation. It is also full of needed knowledge to pass the audit successfully. Without it's integration features, I believe we would eventually become stuck with the amount of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Sprinto streamlines the SOC 2 certification process. Sprinto automated evidence collection and continuous control monitoring. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. Customer support helped us a lot during the implementation. All integrations with 3rd parties services worked like a charm.

I haven't discovered it yet. Everything looks good to me.
