Sprinto Made Our SOC 2 Certification Easy with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the product and the people really stood out. The software made it very easy to get through our SOC 2 Certification process—something we expected to be especially onerous for an early-stage company like ours—and the people were the gravy on top. We were impressed by everyone at Sprinto that we interacted with, but we worked most closely with Rushdan, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was consistently available, super knowledgeable, and helped us navigate all the tasks; it genuinely felt like he was an extension of our team. We can’t recommend Sprinto highly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Heroku as our cloud platform, so having native integration with it would have been nice. That said, this is really just us nitpicking.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprinto is how streamlined and organized the compliance process feels. The platform is intuitive, and Joe Aksharan has been incredibly supportive and responsive, making the entire SOC journey much smoother for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our experience has been positive. If anything, some workflows and navigation could be a bit more intuitive, especially for first-time users. A clearer overview of task dependencies and progress tracking would also make the platform even more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the complexity and manual effort involved in managing SOC compliance by centralizing evidence collection, task tracking, and auditor coordination in one place. This significantly reduces back-and-forth and keeps everything organized. In addition, our consultant Joe Aksharan has been extremely supportive and proactive, helping us navigate requirements clearly and efficiently. Together, this has made the entire audit process much smoother and more manageable for our team.
Easy Setup, Great Features, and Expert Guidance for ISO 27001
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was easy to use, with great features and a smooth setup. The team’s expert staff helped guide us through the ISO 27001 process, and Joe Aksharan was a true pro who deftly supported us throughout the certification journey. 10/10 would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike here. I’m excited to see how the product continues to evolve in the age of AI and APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto and Joe Aksharan made the ISO 27001 process exponentially smoother and much easier to track. We now have automated controls, with hundreds of checks being orchestrated through the platform, which has made it far more manageable overall.

Mostly, it is the proactive automation that Sprinto provides. The platform provides automated monitoring, keeping the organization "audit-ready" 365 days a year.

Some of the pre-built policy templates are a bit rigid, which requires more effort when it comes to customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the internal bandwidth needed for compliance by up to 90%, allowing our team to focus on building the product rather than fixing audit gaps.
Sprinto the best virtual compliance manager
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto essentially acts as our virtual compliance manager. The dashboard breaks down a massive standard like SOC 2 into bite-sized tasks (e.g., 'Enable MFA on this repo' or 'Fix this firewall rule').
A huge shoutout to Manya Sharma, our Implementation Specialist. She guided us through every step of the journey, making sure we understood exactly what needed to be done. She made the whole implementation feel effortless
Favorite Feature: The integrations. We connected GitHub and Azure, and now Sprinto monitors them 24/7. If a dev accidentally opens a port or disables a branch protection rule, I get alerted immediately. It gives me peace of mind without needing to be an expert in every standard.

My only constructive feedback is on the integration error messages. When a check fails, the error message is sometimes a bit generic. Clearer, plain-English instructions on why a specific asset failed would help us fix things faster

We are a startup, so we don't have a dedicated Compliance Manager. SOC 2 felt like a black box of legal jargon that was going to distract us from building our product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been positive so far; the platform, support, and automation are excellent. The only area for improvement is pricing, which could be more accessible to smaller teams or early-stage companies.

Adaptable Service with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprinto adapts to me instead of the other way around, which makes being a customer feel great. Their fast and helpful support is really impressive, and I appreciate the flexibility of scheduling time with them according to my schedule. They guide me through the process and help me get the value I need. Sprinto's ability to connect with almost everything is also a big plus, and the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they’re busy due to their high customer volume, which happens rarely, yet you might wait a bit. This is normal in most cases, but when you get almost ad hoc support, waiting 2 days can feel funny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto guided me on certification processes, helped with document creation and prioritization. Their flexibility in scheduling support is great as they adapt to my needs, making customer success apparent.

I use Sprinto for GRC and certifications. It automates most of the compliance checks without the need for frequent manual inputs, which reduces the time and effort involved from the security team. The onboarding process is a breeze so far, and Ritik Saxena has been very helpful, providing clear guidance on the next steps and actions.
