The platform was new to me: quite comprehensive, easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
That everything is automated, easy to upload evidences, to make reviews, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I just started using it, I was confused with numbers on the dashboard: controls and checks. Did not really get why % is different. After talking to our CS manager, Shivam, it got clear.

It is automating our compliance procedures making it easier to get prepared for annual audit.

Some features were not clear at first but thanks to the customer success manager, we were able to catch up and comply with requirement.

We faced a lot of errors this time where tasks ewent straight to failing status with no prior intimation or screenlock not being detected for mac users.

1) Need to implement =An emailier to respective stakeholders on regular basis on their score.
2) On GCP integrating if you have multiple instances we have to do it manually, There should be a mechanism to integrate all instances at one shot.

What do you like best about the product?
SPRINTO is a great platform that allows you to have a comprehensive view of your compliance status and the steps to resolve most of the points that are missing to be in compliance. The onboarding and implementation team is just superb because they guide you through every step and are fully committed to helping you achieve your certification goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than disliking it, I believe there's room for improvement in increasing the synchronization frequency of cloud provider resources based on their tags.

We set out to become certified in SOC 2 to provide greater confidence to our clients, and SPRINTO allowed us to have a comprehensive view of our status and how we manage all our resources, policies, and procedures in a more organized manner.
Great platform to ensure your software is compliant
What do you like best about the product?
User experience is very good as I am able to find exactly what I need to do. I use the product regularly. All the features are excellent viz the change management ones. Customer support is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the UX is good, the UI is a but cluttered as there is too much text.
