Sprinto Delivers

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is the tool that makes security compliance possible for a small security team. It allows you to focus on what needs to be done when it needs to be done. Integration with apps is easy. Customer support team is helpful and responsive to suggestions on how app can be improved. Easy to setup and implement. Easy to maintain and audits a now painless vs. painful and time consuming. Sprinto is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
No product is perfect. Some integrations need to evolve as well as some features. But these take time to mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Compliance for SOC2 security framework.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very smooth experience using sprinto, I didn't know how to use it & was using it for 1st time, but didn't felt like that, everything was very smooth, natural, well guided, well structure, fast, & have able to complete all the complaince check within 30 mins, loved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, I am not able to find any such think which I would dislike about sprinto,I am not lying but whenever I have used it I never faced any problem or felt that it should be implemented in a different way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helped our startup get ISO compliance mark, which was great for us, as it helped as pithced our product to big MNC & onboard them as client.

dowwnside it seems maybe is there can be a feature to track time which is not available, and may prove handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for GCI Global and I am using Sprinto to configure my work PC and scan it.

What do you like best about the product?
They were extremely professional and guided us through every step of the process. Also, very affordable. I would recommend them to any company seeking SOC 2 certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're based in India, which is fine, but it was often difficult to understand their accent during Zoom meetings. Not a major issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed SOC 2 certification and they helped us get it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked about Sprinto was that it was very easy to understand and use. As we all know, our companies have us have to use many different software and services so it is very easy to be overwhelmed and forgetful on how to use it all.

It took very little time for me to ramp up and understand what was required for me to do.

I can only say from a perspective of a simple user that it was extremely easy to complete all that my company asked me to do with Sprinto.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing I remembered was negative for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company required us to meet security compliance, and they had us use Sprinto to meet compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
For DeepIQ, Sprinto has been an exceptional tool for automating our compliance requirements, especially for obtaining SOC II and ISO certification. The platform’s ease of use and comprehensive features, such as real-time monitoring and integration with our M365 and Azure, have significantly streamlined our compliance process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to figure out how to use it. As well, tracking down remediations requires multiple clicks. I wish I could do more from the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers requires us to be SOC2 compliant. Sprinto made this easy.

The Implementation / Solutions Engineers at Sprinto have provided exemplary, white-glove service that has significantly enhanced our experience. Their guidance through every facet of the platform was outstanding, addressing all our inquiries with immense patience and expertise. The ease of communication was particularly impressive; they were always ready for a last-minute call, which greatly facilitated the swift and successful completion of our initiatives. Without their dedicated support, navigating the complexities of compliance would have been a far more arduous journey.

Furthermore, the user-friendliness of the Sprinto platform stands out, especially when compared to other continuous security and compliance platforms I've encountered. Its intuitive design, coupled with seamless integration capabilities, made the setup process remarkably straightforward. What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, the process has been a breeze. There were some bugs we ran into when managing some of our compliance tasks. However, the Sprinto team quickly resolved those issues within the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing various aspects of SOC 2 compliance / adherence. It is benefiting us because what was once a manual process with file and folders of evidence, is now stored within the Sprinto system.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto staff has been very pleasant and helpful to work with, from start to finish. During the implemenation process, our representative Abir Dey held our hand throughout the whole process, knowing our limited resources we greatly appreciated his patience and the knowledgebase he was able to extend to us. Thanks to him our audit phase felt like a breeze. Though most of our time was spent with Abir, we'd like to thank the rest of the folks we dealt with, from the Sales team which were able to meet our needs, and the Audit team, being very response when we had questions.

The platform itself is a great tool, keeping us on our P's and Q's with alerts without having someone else to track or remind us, love it! It is able to intergrate through some of your most commonly used platforms, allowing an automated review of controls which you may be lacking. There are a number of areas the system keeps track for you, in the beginning it feels overwhelming, however after spending enough time on it, you will easily navigate through it. I have not used the Customer Support channel yet, I'm sure once I need to, it would also be a quick turnaround.

I believe that without this platform, its capabilities, and the staff's assistance, our SOC 2 Type 1 audit would have been very cumbersome. We are on our way to the SOC 2 Type 2 audit, which I'm expecting nothing less. Thank you, Abir and team.

Thus far, there is nothing I dislike about the platform or the staff.

Being certified as a SOC 2 compliant business, which is now helping us close more deals quickly.
