What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our ISO 27001 certification process structured, manageable, and far less stressful than expected. The platform guided us clearly through setup, evidence collection, and audit preparation, while keeping deadlines and requirements easy to track.
What truly stood out was the support from the Sprinto team — especially Ritik Saxena. He supported us through every step, from setup to audits, always being responsive, proactive, and clear. His guidance helped us stay focused, meet deadlines, and significantly reduce stress throughout the process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike really. The initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the Sprinto team does an excellent job breaking everything down into clear and manageable steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We already had a solid compliance framework and internal processes in place, but we had not gone through an ISO 27001 certification before. Sprinto helped us translate our existing practices into ISO-aligned requirements and structure the entire certification process.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto removes the friction and complexity while going through a daunting audit and certification process. It makes it easy to see exactly what is still pending not just for the audit, but over time, and consolidates all documentation, policies, and checks within one place. Functionality works flawlessly, and our technical account manager, Joe Aksharan, never hesitated to help whenever we had questions with quick responses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company, the SOC2 process felt overwhelming. But with Sprinto, everything was mapped out and their features were all easy to use. Their team is top-notch and extremely knowledgeable. Our technical account manager Joe Aksharan, took the time to walk through everything with me, step-by-step, at any time of the day, and intervened to help with our auditors when they had questions.

The platform is rock solid, easy to use, and significantly reduced the overall effort required to prepare for the audit. This saved our team significant time and internal effort, reduced audit stress, and allowed us to achieve SOC 2 Type II certification faster while ending up with a much stronger, continuously maintained security.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprinto is how it clears my plate. I don't have to spend my weekends chasing people for screenshots or manually checking security boxes. I just connect my tools, and it gathers all the proof I need in the background. It basically acts like my compliance autopilot, so I can stop worrying about audits and get back to my actual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a huge fan of having to install their local agent (Dr. Sprinto) on everyone's laptops. It can occasionally be a headache to troubleshoot if a team member's computer doesn't sync right, and some people naturally get a bit protective about having compliance software running directly on their machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of manual evidence collection. I no longer have to spend hours taking screenshots of cloud settings or chasing developers for logs. It eliminates the last-minute "scramble" before an auditor arrives. Since it monitors everything 24/7, I don't have to wonder if a control failed three months ago without me noticing. I treat it as an "automated assistant" that handles the boring, repetitive parts of security so I can spend my brainpower on my product. Knowing that the platform will alert me the second a security setting drifts out of compliance gives me a peace of mind that a spreadsheet never could.

The platform is well-structured, guided, and automation-first, which reduces a lot of manual back-and-forth with auditors. I also appreciate the clarity of tasks, evidence mapping, and real-time compliance status, which makes it easy to understand exactly where you stand and what needs to be done next. Overall, it turns compliance from a stressful, one-time activity into a manageable, continuous process.

One area where Sprinto could improve is flexibility and customization. Some workflows feel opinionated and rigid, especially for companies with non-standard setups or evolving internal processes. At times, the amount of information and tasks can also feel overwhelming for first-time users, and better progressive onboarding or contextual guidance could help reduce that initial learning curve.

Without a tool like Sprinto, compliance typically involves spreadsheets, shared folders, constant follow-ups, and high dependency on consultants. This allows teams to focus more on building and scaling the business while staying audit-ready, rather than reacting to compliance requirements at the last minute

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clear workflows in Sprinto because they tell us exactly what needs to be done and by whom, which avoids confusion and unnecessary follow-ups. The automated evidence collection is great, as it reduces manual work and errors. I also appreciate that all pending compliance items show up as tasks, keeping everyone accountable. We even get automated email reminders for pending items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The support team is very responsive, and a special shoutout to Shivang for helping us out. The initial setup process was very easy too.

Working with the Sprinto team has been a great experience, especially thanks to the professionalism and dedication shown by Joe Aksharan. He is consistently punctual for every meeting and goes the extra mile to guide us through all the necessary steps for our certification. One of the biggest highlights is the dedicated Slack channel, being able to get instant answers to my questions instead of waiting for a scheduled call has really sped up our progress. I also appreciate how proactive the communication is getting a quick nudge via Slack or email to stay on top of tasks keeps us moving forward. Joe’s commitment and that extra "push" to get things done have been exactly what we needed to stay on track.

Since the issues tend to clear up immediately, they haven't significantly disrupted my workflow, but smoother performance would certainly enhance the overall experience.

Sprinto has been a great tool in our compliance journey and I've been generally very satisfied with our experience in utilizing it. They continue to put out new features often and take into consideration our feature requests insights into improving the platform, which is always great to have that willingness. Our technical lead, Joe Aksharan, has been wonderful throughout the process in helping us along the way. Highly recommend him and Sprinto!!!

What I like best about Sprinto is the combination of fast, responsive support and clear guidance throughout the ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance journey. The platform makes the process easy to follow, helps you stay on track with the right evidence and tasks, and significantly speeds up getting audit-ready without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike. A refresh of the UI/UX (more modern look and a bit smoother navigation in some areas) would make an already strong platform even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto centralizes and automates compliance work—evidence gathering, documentation, risk assessments, and policy management—so we’re not chasing information across tools and spreadsheets. Its integrations with our vendor/security stack continuously collect proof and keep controls up to date, which saves a lot of time, reduces manual effort, and helps us stay audit-ready for ISO 27001 and GDPR.
