What do you like best about the product?
We were able to simplify the compliance process with Sprinto's help. The platform is very clear and user-friendly after we understand how it works. We were impressed by the efficiency and responsiveness of Sprinto's Customer Support team. They handled our issues or queries with professionalism and speed, and always followed up to ensure our satisfaction. We appreciate their dedication and commitment to providing excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation says how to fix it but would be interesting to know more background information and examples, as well as links to relevant resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sprinto, we can streamline our compliance process by automatically collecting evidence for our audits. Sprinto also gives us a dashboard that displays the progress of our compliance activities, and sends email alerts to the people who need to finish them on schedule. Sprinto helps us to increase our productivity, lower our risks, and boost our reputation as a compliant organization.

THe predominant problem sprinto solves for us is allowing us to monitor compliance adherence without requiring lots of manual checks and processes. This makes compliance accessible for startups.

Entire end to end security audits are well managed and maintained within the Sprinto dashboard.Most of our internal systems are declared, monitored to have a neat security posture.

What do you like best about the product?
As an early stage start up keeping ourselves compliant for various reasons is a must and unlike large companies we can't afford to have a stand alone team to ensure compliance is adhered to across the board. Enter Sprinto that seamlessly manages our secuirty and compliance across tho board, especially for a remotely distributed team like ours

Nothing I can think of at this point. The product has been easy to use and the team should keep up the great work and service

We are a distributed team and don't indugle in hardware management so it becomes that much more important for us to ensure that compliance and data security measures are in place and in check. Sprinto has allowed us to keep track of all employees compliance and test status and gives us constant reminders to keep ourselves apprised

Sprinto has very user-friendly interface + setup is intuitive. Sprinto's real-time monitoring and comprehensive security measures helped us in our compliance Journey. The support team did a fantastic job as well- helping swiftly with any queries we raised

Not much to dislike- We are a happy customer. A better employeed offboarding feature would definetely add to the goodness though!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with which it helps me detect and upload all the security and general compliances of my laptop required by my employer. It is quite smooth, and most are detected using a single click.
Also, the customer support is quick and helpful. I was struggling with the compliance detection ( like detecting the sleep time of my Mac), and the customer support executive was quick to jump on a call and help me out.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't function well using the "Brave browser". I struggled with it a lot initially, and then realised that I needed to change my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes fulfilling the security compliance of a company easy and transparent. Earlier, multiple documents needed to be uploaded and sent to an email ID, where the person would verify the documents, and if anything was wrong, the user has to start from 0 again. But, since Sprinto, it all happens in almost a single click, at one transparent location.
