Good experience with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Automatic and Manual entries both available.

Sometimes it does not let us automatically upload.

It helps in maintain the compliances, security and other benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and convenient to use. All things including training, policies, device ckeck all just a click away. Makes the task of SOC 2 very easy for people like me.

Overall a well-rounded and easy platform to use. Came across nothing to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the tasks relating to SOC 2 compliance are handled by Sprinto. It makes it very easy for us to access and complete all the work relating to SOC 2 Compliance Including training, Multifactor Authentication, acceptance of policies, device checks etc.

What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 was easy to do for the employees and the Sprinto support person was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a weekly call until the SOC2 certification was done. Finallly, the price was low.
What do you dislike about the product?
None.
All the tasks to succeed in our SOC2 certification in 2023 were easy to do. We were able to improve our IT security by reading the Sprinto PDF and by certifying we read them.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and Easy for a layman to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the Sprinto i didn't find anything difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have a business with big customers, who trust us on data management which we use for our internal development & enhance the application support. Getting secured from Sprinto is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really helpful tool for checking the compliance of my laptop easily. I can see the pending compliance that can be performed to improve my laptop security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, It has met all my expectations and needs so far, and I haven't encountered any issues or drawbacks. I think it's pretty good for now as I can easily track all my devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it to track the security compliance of all the remote user's devices to make sure that they adhere to the highest security standard. Sprint helps in easily tracking all the users and the devices at once which further helps in maintaining highest level of security.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provided a quick, easy and straight forward checklist for things to do and vulnerabilities to solve both on our work machines and in production softwares maintained by us. The process was as easy as solving the issues one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a bit of difficulty with some of the work pc settings that would not work across different types of computers. While initially i thought it was a problem with the dr. Sprinto app, it was actually lack of clarity as to what exactly to do to complete that action.

Sprinto is enabling us to empirically show our clients that our platform and the data in the same are managed and protected correctly by the means of the digital certification. It also helped us scan and find vulnerabilities in our system that we didn't know we had
The experience is great. The user support is very friendly and responsive.

Simple and powerful SaaS-based tools for automatic integration. Just follow up on the guides and everything is good.

It is just occasionally that office 365 MFA checking is not working properly. We have don't that but the Sprinto dashboard cannot detect it.

While Sprintos security compliance software is quite strong it would be advantageous to have updates in order to stay current with the ever changing industry standards. Moreover enhancing the documentation and providing training resources could greatly assist users in maximizing the platforms potential.

Sprinto is a solution, for tackling the difficulties of keeping up with security compliance in the changing world of cloud services. Its automation features make compliance processes easier and more efficient saving us time and resources. This not only guarantees that we always meet standards but also strengthens our overall security position lowering the chances of security breaches and related expenses.
