A reliable and well designed compliance platform with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance much more manageable by breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps. The platform is easy to use, well structured, and saves a lot of time during implementation and audits. The integrations and ongoing monitoring are especially helpful.
Additionally, the support has been excellent. Joe Aksharan, our Technical Account Manager, has been great to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us move forward.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced frameworks and edge cases could benefit from a bit more flexibility and clearer guidance out of the box, but the team is always responsive when questions come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us centralize and automate our compliance efforts, reducing manual work and uncertainty around security and cloud compliance. It has significantly lowered the operational overhead of preparing for audits and staying compliant as we scale.

Sprinto stands out because it makes compliance feel effortless, even when I’m using it 12–13 times a day. The interface is easy to use, and the implementation was smooth, so my team was up and running quickly without the usual headaches. Customer support has been proactive and reassuring, helping turn complex questions into simple, practical solutions. I also appreciate the wide range of features and the seamless integrations with our existing tools, which makes it a platform we rely on constantly. What I like most is how Sprinto shifts compliance from a stressful obligation into a steady daily rhythm that feels natural and empowering.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sprinto is that smaller teams may find the initial setup a bit overwhelming, especially if they don’t have prior compliance experience. Some integrations with niche or legacy systems can feel less seamless compared to mainstream tools. The pricing can also be on the higher side, which makes it harder for very small businesses to justify. Customization options in workflows and dashboards are limited, leaving certain unique processes less flexible. Lastly, occasional minor glitches or syncing delays remind you it’s still a growing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the biggest pain points around compliance by removing the chaos of manual tracking, scattered spreadsheets, and stressful audits. Instead of waiting for quarterly checks, it gives me real-time visibility into risks and controls, which means I can act before issues escalate. It also tackles the complexity of integrating compliance across multiple tools—by connecting seamlessly with our cloud providers, HR systems, and ticketing platforms, Sprinto saves hours of repetitive work. The benefit for me is huge: I can use it 12–13 times a day without feeling drained, because the workflows are automated and easy to follow. Ultimately, Sprinto transforms compliance from a burden into a daily advantage, helping me stay audit-ready while freeing up time to focus on growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprinto's reminder feature, which helps me in reminding to those leads of reaching and taking follow-up on time, so nothing gets missed. I also like the alarm feature and Sprinto's custom collection and management capabilities.

I use Sprinto to collect and manage data in one place, which helps me reach deals and convert them. It organizes follow-ups and leads systematically. The reminder feature is great for timely follow-ups. We switched from ClickUp to Sprinto for more accurate data.

What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation provided is quite helpful when it comes to configuring other platforms for evidence collection and ensuring security compliance. However, I did encounter a few instances where I needed to consult Azure-specific public cloud documentation to complete certain security configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC II Type 2 certification process and monitoring of security compliance.

Sprinto helped our company remain compliant with ISO 27001. It audited our company within a short amount of time and remain helpful throughout the process.
Simplifying Continuous Compliance Without Operational Overhead
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprinto is how effectively it centralizes and enforces compliance across people, process, and technology without adding operational overhead. It played a key role in helping us achieve SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 smoothly. The Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto) is particularly useful in enforcing baseline device compliance, and the platform scales very well as the organization grows. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and compared to similar tools in the market, Sprinto offers excellent value for the breadth of features provided. The Trust Center is another strong differentiator, making it easy to securely share compliance artifacts with customers in a controlled manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike overall. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the Endpoint Agent (Dr Sprinto), which could benefit from a few additional compliance checks to provide deeper device-level coverage. Beyond that, most limitations we encountered were addressed over time as the product matured, especially since we have been using Sprinto from its early stages.

Sprinto solves the challenge of continuously managing and maintaining compliance and information security across people, processes, and technology in a scalable way. Instead of treating compliance as a one-time or audit-driven activity, Sprinto enables ongoing control monitoring and evidence collection. This has significantly reduced manual effort, audit fatigue, and operational friction for our teams. As a result, we were able to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 efficiently, scale our compliance program as the company grew, and confidently demonstrate our security posture to customers through the Trust Center—without diverting focus from core business priorities.
Helpful Templates Make Getting Started Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having templates available is useful and provides guidance. The monitoring and guidance provided is great and allows the users to know where we are at continuously and encourages us to keep going! Knowing everything is in place makes the audit process very simple and non-threatening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that big a downside, but just getting used to the operation and layout initially. Once familiar it was all plain sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously to achieve ISO27001 accreditation and soon to be used for SOC2 as well, but it helps us establish the correct processes, procedures, policies and guidelines from the get go, given we are a start-up business. This will be great for audit and compliance purposes as we continue to expand and grow.

I like that Sprinto is easy to use and I love the support, especially from Ritik and Kishore. The automatic connections and templates save me time, providing a solid starting point, and allow for automatic verification of security parameters. I also appreciate that it is connected to our entire ecosystem.

Exceptionally Clear and User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely user-friendly, with each step and task presented in a clear and accessible manner, making the entire process easy to follow. My account manager Aasim was super hands on and guided me smoothly through all the process.

Can't say I faced any issues. everything was straight forward.

I am currently preparing for a SOC2 Type II audit and making sure everything is in order.
