It was smooth experience with Sprinto in terms of reporting my device.

The Scan button, does everything automatically.
and even for some reason the scan did not complete, you can still have option to manually report the device.

What do you like best about the product?
I very much like the way Sprinto has provided all the information about the template documentation needed for security compliance. It provides the details about the gaps in security and keeps a track of it and moniters it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not think about any dislike about Sprinto but as it an evolving tool certainly there are some areas for improvement and it is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto gives us the steamline and automated process to conduct security compliance. This tool is overall helping our organisation to monitor the security compliance requirements.

It helps us understand the components of compliance very clerly and outligns the pending and required checks with various direct integrations to all major cloud based services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to say about the functionality or the use. The only downside would be the high cost of subscribing to sprinto.

We recently obtained our SOC2 certification with minimal difficulty and in within a small timeframe. Sprinto helped us throughout the process and ensured our compliance.

1.Sometimes the notification prompt tends to bug out- It kept sending me notifications for a checkup I had already completed 2 months ago

Abir and his support team provided excellent support guiding us through the pre-audit phase. Any questions we had were answered very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audit process was a pain. Many topics that the auditor said we needed to install were not part of the pre-audit process. I would choose a different auditor.

Sprinto provided excellent support by providing policy templates that we never knew we needed. The Sprinto support staff, Abir and his team were highly professional and always on top of us to meet the timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create policy for organisation and communicate the action to users. Provide single source of truth for the compliance readiness. Dashboard shows the pending action for easy tracking and work devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user I didn't find any thing that I dislike about Sprinto.

Its provide easy way to provide central training material for the users and complete the actions & also report there work devices.
