When it comes to Sprinto's trust center, it lacks several features compared to its competitors like SafeBase. Currently, the trust center is quite basic, and there is room for improvement. As a user, I hope to see Sprinto become more flexible and fully customizable in the future, aligning with the capabilities offered by competitors like SafeBase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best features of Sprinto is its continuous monitoring capability. It effortlessly keeps an eye on all involved entities, ensuring that we are always in line with ISO standards. Any compliance violations are promptly flagged, and relevant officers are immediately alerted, allowing for swift resolution.
The integration with Slack has been a game-changer for us. Since Slack is our primary communication platform, the ability to receive real-time notifications directly in our team channels has significantly improved our response time to compliance-related matters. This has enhanced collaboration and ensured that everyone stays informed.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I didn't know about compliance issues before starting my work at this fintech startup where there are so many compliance issues. It has been pretty straightforward to use. I understood what different compliance issues exist in simple manner without going too deep onto them
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, since i do not use it comprehensively, I have not been able to witness any drawback. It serves just fine. I think this is quality of a product only when the user does not notice only and it just works for the intended purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small B2B Startup, it is difficult to hire team or make sure that everyone in team specially while people are working remote, is following compliance standards and security protocols, Here, Sprinto is just so ease to use and works like charm. no need to worry

Easy access. UI is good. Reading Accepting terms and policies of company was simple. It also help to take notes in training

Every time on Google meet it automatically get connected. Then we have remove the user from the meet and then they have to join again.

Simple & highly automated security compliance platform with an exceptional onboarding team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which the platform highlights compliance requirements, and seamless integration to pull and monitor changes and compliance. In addition to how easy it was to use and the comprehensive tools and features, the onboarding manager Varun Mehrotra was outstanding in his knowledge with the process and platform, communication skills and patience. He is one of a kind, and we would not have been able to complete our SOC2 compliance quickly without using Sprinto and Varun. Our investment in Sprinto, is the best value for money for such a complex process that was made effortless because of Sprinto. I would also like to mention that despite Varun moving to a different role, we got assigned Vaibhav and he was equally good, very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is the most comprehensive I have seen and the service and responsivness was outstanding. There are some aspects that require multiple clicks in order to complete, and that could be grouped and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial motivation was acheive SOC2 Type 2 compliance, but as we started to use the platform, we realized of its ability to server as the main dashboard to monitor and manage our systems to ensure ongoing security and compliance.
