Sprinto is a good platform for our organisation security and compliance policies

Sprinto, as a platform is very well equipped for knowledge and learning with respect to organization security and compliance policies.
The presentation and documentation are well-versed, detailed, and easy to understand and implement in terms of data security policies and compliance with the organization.

There is nothing particular to be disliked about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is keeping me well informed with the details to be precautions with conditions that lead to security breach and data security in order to be safe from malicious activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Sprinto has been positive from day 1. Our business objective is not just to clear SOC-2 and ISO 27001 audits with Sprinto, but to ensure we fully embrace the policies and strategies that make us a secure partner for our customers. Sprinto's rigorous continuous compliance and evidence-collection technology provides just that. It's not about passing a test but transforming your business to operate compliantly. If you prioritize the security of your customer's data and systems, Sprinto is also the right partner for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to offer in terms of cons for Sprinto. I typically judge organizations based on the three Ps (i.e., people, process, and product). In terms of people, they have been welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process ensures that you tackle one thing at a time on your compliance journey without getting overwhelmed. The product provides continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection. It is easy to use and integrates all of our key technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto simplifies designing and implementing a robus security compliance program for your MSP or SaaS business. That is why we signed up, and it has been a very positive experience.

No dislike whatsoever. Very impressed at all levels.

Sprinto helps navigate the complexities of SOC2 compliance in a very effective way.
Intuitive interface, not an overbearing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Device reporting is pretty easy; the agent doesn't interfere much and works seamlessly. The policies are conveniently accessible, training wasn't too bothersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about as a user, have heard my administration team complain about slowed support, diminishing usefullness of the customer success team and slow synchronisaiton of the reported devices. Onboarding on certain Mac devices required troubleshooting.

Security compliance(SOC2 and other certifications) and device reporting. Some essential security onboarding for new members.

What do you like best about the product?
SOC2 compliance is difficult and as our org was growing, it just became difficult to manage the entire process end to end. If we miss a step or fail to report compliance then our certification would get hampered.

What do you dislike about the product?
I use Sprinto on Brave browser, but the app is still not compatible with the same - so I need to manually upload proofs on their app. Takes a lot of time and is not ideal.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto streamlined the entire compliance process, offering a comprehensive set of features that simplified tracking, monitoring, and reporting. As a user, the employee dashboard is intuitive and makes it effortless to navigate it. As an admin, it serves as an all-around for managing all complex compliance tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As they're constantly building to improve, the dashboard undergoes changes frequently so sometimes that takes a second to get used to. However, their Customer Success team always steps up for whatever questions, issues, etc you might have. So while there is a little friction, the CS team smoothens the process quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently track and manage SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA. It gives a comprehensive and centralised view of any and all requirements. This makes it extremely easy to use, manage and track.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel confident in Sprinto's security features. I can run security checks with a single click, and they run in the background while I continue working.
Mostly importantly, the easy setup and customer facing UI is amazing with all possible case notifications handled well with easy to understand language.

Nothing major to dislike about but here is a suggestion. If you can bring some exciting emoji or gamification factor as the security check passes one by one that will be great.

Improve compliance and get audit-ready with flexible pricing plans. Also, the easy interface is helps team to understand it better and most importantly the data security protocol is the main reason
