Great product backed up by a fantastic Customer Success team
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made it possible for us to obtain our SOC2 compliance in the shortest period of time without having to devise our own controls, policies & procedures. Its ability to monitor controls, alert admins about issues until corrected and compile this information made it a breeze for us to get compliant without breaking a sweat. Srikumar, our CX rep from Sprinto was a big help in educating us about potential pitfalls, and his proactive support to help resolve issues in a very timely fashion was instrumental in us getting compliant without any issues to remediate after the audit. What would take many people and hundreds of hours to get us the certification was accomplished by a two-person team with only 10s of hours spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I haven't found any issues that I dislike about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating users, policies & procedures, implementing and monitoring controls as well as documentation required for auditors to obtain cloud compliance. It has saved us 100s of person-hours to be SOC2 compliant

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto secures the system against malware and improves security

Almost none, but some times takes time to load and gather system stats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto solves the system security issues and keeps reminding the security threats.
Nice and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing is it is compliant with SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR. Hence it is quick and easy with its support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, can't see anything else at this point..all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best option as it has helped us enhanced compliance posture. Very easy to use to automate your compliance program..very affordable.
Best Software - Reporting Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is very convenient, and it is very user-friendly as it shows what steps we need to follow to make our devices compliant with the standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as serious issue with the app, but yes sometimes it pops up at the reboot and that's annoying

It helps to maintain centralised data of the user devices and allows them to follow a set of rules

What do you like best about the product?
How Sprinto took something complex and made it so simple, making 100's of employees compliant within a few minutes is brilliant.

Nothing Sprinto is fantastic and is brilliant as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping companies get security compliant easily, It just took me a few minutes to understand all the policies my company has, took security training, and added my device. Dr.Sprinto app is also amazing it lets me know whenever something is non-compliant with my device.
Excellent product for a startup to achieve compliance readiness
What do you like best about the product?
- Overall: We are a startup with a good, but informal, security program in place. Sprinto helped us achieve SOC2 Type 1 compliance with 3rd party audit verification within 3 weeks. Compared to the last time I did SOC2 compliance, using a tool that required me to painstakingly upload screenshots or documents for every compliance item, Sprinto has automated much of this work and saved me months. I am thrilled with the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Needs a feature to assign to-do items to team members & roles to allow them to see the to-do item details. Without this, it is hard to delegate the work. I had to give everyone admin access to gain visibility to the items we needed to complete.
- Some integrations, even AWS, are slow to refresh (about 1 day of lag) and if you need them to refresh immediately you need to click each line item manually (bulk refresh doesn't work)
- A few integrations are not yet available or buggy
These are minor gaps and the product saved us months of time preparing SOC 2 compliance. 10 stars.

Sprinto has guided us to setup audit process for SOC 2 Type 1 & Type 2 security implementations.

There is pretty much nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling Organizations to stay compliant and secure their and clients data
So easy to maintain devices security state
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is... I can check all the vitals of my device in one place. If new versions are available or if any security issue is present on my device, I'm able to notice that on day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the overall product and its simple implementation but one thing where Sprinto can do improvements is User Customized Monitoring. Apart from the organization's security checks, I can also monitor some vitals for myself, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially in the work-from-home culture, managing data security on all devices was a big challenge along with some minor problems. But Sprinto comes as a rescuer and fit into our requirement as intended.
