Achieved SOC2 with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
The structured approach to the audit process was fantastic. Sprinto replaces chaos with a clear roadmap. The ability to create a separate view for the auditor so they could access evidence directly without us acting as the middleman was a huge time saver. Ritik was also incredibly responsive whenever we hit a roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't encountered any major roadblocks. If I had to pick something, I’d say the sheer number of features and policies was slightly overwhelming during the first week of onboarding. However, the customer success team helped us navigate it quickly, and now it runs on autopilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of 'continuous compliance.' Rather than scrambling once a year for an audit, Sprinto keeps us in a state of constant readiness. It alerts us immediately if a laptop is out of compliance or a server setting is changed, allowing us to fix security gaps in real-time rather than finding out about them during the audit window.

What we like best about Sprinto is its simplicity and ease of use, which makes it a tool we rely on frequently. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, and integrating Sprinto with our existing systems was hassle-free.We also appreciate the excellent customer support—they’re responsive and helpful whenever needed. On top of that, Sprinto offers a wide range of features that cover all compliance requirements, making it a comprehensive solution. Overall, it combines ease of use, quick implementation, seamless integration, and great support, which makes it an invaluable platform for us

As of now, we don’t have anything to dislike about Sprinto. The platform has been working smoothly for our needs, and we’re satisfied with its performance and support. We’ll be happy to share feedback if we come across any areas for improvement in the future.

Sprinto is solving the challenge of managing compliance efficiently without adding complexity. As a small, flat organization, we don’t have dedicated compliance teams, so Sprinto’s automation and structured workflows save us significant time and effort. It helps us stay audit-ready, reduces manual work, and ensures we meet security and regulatory requirements seamlessly. The ease of integration with our existing tools and the clear visibility into compliance status give us confidence and peace of mind. What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprinto is how much it simplifies the messy parts of compliance. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, screenshots, and reminders, everything is centralized and automated. The platform does a good job of showing exactly what needs attention
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a downside, I’d say the automation is great, but there are moments when you want to customize a step or reorder tasks, and the platform doesn’t always give you as much flexibility as you’d like.

Sprinto takes a lot of the chaos out of compliance. Before using it, we were tracking controls, audits, and evidence collection manually, which meant constant reminders, scattered documents, and a lot of time spent double-checking things. Sprinto pulls all of that into one place and automates most of the repetitive work.
The biggest benefit is clarity — you always know what’s done, what’s pending, and what needs attention. It also cuts down the back-and-forth with auditors because the evidence is already organized and mapped to the right controls. Overall, it saves a ton of time and removes a lot of the stress that typically comes with compliance cycles.

Sprinto gives us clear visibility into who owns what and where we stand at any point in time. The tasks, reminders, and status indicators make it easy to collaborate across security, engineering, and operations without endless meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes non-technical stakeholders find the terminology in the app a bit ‘compliance-heavy’. A more simplified or ‘executive’ view with plain language could make it easier for business users to engage with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, compliance responsibilities were scattered and unclear. Sprinto centralizes ownership, assigns tasks, and makes progress visible. This improves accountability, reduces last-minute firefighting before audits, and helps us demonstrate to customers that we take security seriously.
