Professional, efficient, and just the right amount of handholding
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was a fantastic partner for SOC and ISO certification. Their onboarding broke down the steps, timeline, and milestones quite well, and we didn't run into any surprises! With their help we completed our audit and achieved certification within 2 weeks of our hurry-up goal.
We also appreciated their support finding partners for other adjacent needs - like regular pen testing.
And finally, their org dashboard for maintaining and monitoring compliance across employees and devices was incredibly easy. Even received positive employee feedback about how painless it was.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing we would have appreciated is a bit more upfront transparency about relative urgency for different components of certification. While the timeline was spelled out well, it was sometimes unclear which specific items were blockers, which were must-haves, and which were recommended best practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped us tighten our security process and policy so we're better prepared to service larger mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Awesome journey to get SOC 2 certification
What do you like best about the product?
We really appreciate having dedicated contact to guide us throughout our journey. In our case, Varun has been very helpful and accommodating of our needs, keeping us in the right path of the journey. Thanks Varun, and thanks Sprinto!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really say any downside so far because the platform, the workflow, and the process are clear and helpful. I would say the price can be expensive for some but I think for a lot of companies it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us become compliant for SOC 2 Type 2 and we realized it's going to be even longer journey if we didn't engage Sprinto in the process. Hence we're grateful for Sprinto.
Good product with great onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
Using Sprinto allowed us to better understand SOC 2 and helped us to be compliant in record time. Talking with our account manager was always great and friendly experience
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a room for improvement in some UI, especially adding a bulk changes when doing first setup would be helpful. Fortunatelly there was a option to write email to get it updated by their technical team in bulk, but still having in the UI would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto simplifies compliance management by automating as much as possible, with integrations to many products that we use. If they are missing the integration they are keen to add it or there is always possibility to add manual check to remind us.
Extremely easy to use, as a sales person, using Sprinto took only a couple of minutes

User-Friendly Interface It has an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and operate. Very easy-to-use product I appreciate Sprinto's performance, such as its speed, efficiency, and reliability

I have thoroughly enjoyed using Sprinto and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with it. I have not faced any issues while using it. Quick suggestion I was getting a lot of email notifications

The entire process is super smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The entire process of adding the app to make the required changes is very easy. It did not take much time to understand each step and I was able to make the suggested changes in less than 10 min.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some steps require manual changes. Some of the documentation is old and not available for windows 11. If some step that is not detected manually took some time to understand the work around

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is very cost-effective, It's quick and easy for anyone new to understand the tool, you can run audits seamlessly, and I could quickly install and figure out the settings that were needed for my laptop to meet the compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple pop up's all the time, whenever you open the Laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can scroll through my company policies anytime and acknowledge them via Sprinto, Also, I can take a compliance and security test to see how much I understand about the compliance. Once Sprint is installed it always checks through my laptop and I get important notifications.
