Great experience with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
It captures all the crucial information in the system and do not have to upload or do it as a manual documentation. It provides a manager to follow up with you and we got assigned Gurudev which was an excellent help and ensures all the end to end assistance for any clarifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all systems are captured automatically in Sprinto but other than that, it is working well

Sprinto is helping with the ISO27001 compliance with information security compliance and it has helped organisations to ensure that the compliance are being met.
Simplified our SOC 2 Audit
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform provided us with an all-inclusive and user-friendly experience to achieve our SOC 2 Type 1 Audit with flying colors. Most of our delays in achieving the required compliance tasks were internal, and the Sprinto team was there every step of the way to remind us of the next steps to achieve and maintain compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this wouldn't be a knock on the platform itself, the initial tasks required can be overwhelming to get setup. But the Sprinto team did a good job breaking things out into chunks and over multiple meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving compliance with SOC 2 and receiving an external audit. Sprinto saved us time by automatically collecting evidence and preparing us for a quick audit that was successful.

Easy to use, clean visuals and intuitive system.

There is no zoom button in the policy documents.

Quickest compliance automation platform for our SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
One of the easy to go and quickest compliance automation software we have used so far. The overall experience has been great with the easy to implement technical integrations. Your success manager Srikumar has been a delight to work with and he guided us well to get our successful draft report. Would highly recommend any startup looking for a great turnaround time and superior customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't encounter much to be honest, except for some glitches here and there which was resolved by the support team on time.

Sprinto is helping us to achieve SOC2 compliance and the certification will help our go-to-market sales teams win more deals and confidence of our prospects who are seeking our services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us attain ISO 27001 & ISO 27701, SOC2, more are in process. The tool is awesome, it helps us easily manage and monitor compliance.

The product was difficult to navigate and understand when we started using it, but in the course of the year it was improved significantly with new improvements every time I logged in.

Sprinto connects with all tools we use, from HR to engineering and makes the complete compliance problem seem very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto interface and our account contacts at Sprinto helped to make our compliance process extremely smooth and easy. They provided excellent support for any questions needed and were able to get our compliance completed in the minimum amount of time with minimum resources/impact.

The only thing there was to dislike about Sprinto was the frequent updates/changes to the UI, but this should be expected during development of a new product like this.
