Great product backed by an even better implementation and support team
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinto is the customer support and implementation guidance. The team didn’t just sell us a tool; they walked us through each stage of the compliance journey, explained the ‘why’ behind each control, and helped us translate complex requirements into practical actions.
In particular, our account manager Shivang has been very helpful in resolving issues whenever they arise.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform covers many frameworks and use cases, the documentation can sometimes feel a bit generic. More context-specific examples for different types of companies or industries would make it easier for new users to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have in-house compliance expertise, so getting ready for certifications felt intimidating. Sprinto gave us structure and clarity: what to do, when to do it, and how to prove it. This has shortened our path to certification and reduced a lot of stress for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Espesially Sprinto’s UI is extremely user-friendly, offering smooth and intuitive navigation. It makes it easy to understand real-time analytics and provides a clear view of our current compliance posture, which has been very helpful for us in maintaining the overall compliance of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. All the suggestions or requirements we had were addressed promptly by Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has been extremely helpful for our organization in meeting compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA. It provided a centralized platform to coordinate all compliance activities, which significantly saved us time. We were able to properly track implemented controls, monitor certification renewals, and maintain clear visibility into our overall compliance status. In our case, Sprinto has done an exceptional job in helping the organization achieve and maintain compliance. Also i had a very positive experience with the Sprinto team especially with our account managerMr: Shivang. His support was exceptionally good .

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprinto is how clearly structured and intuitive the entire compliance process becomes. The platform makes ISO 27001 preparation extremely manageable, even for smaller teams.
But the real highlight is the customer support — especially Ajay Tambe. He guided us through every step with deep expertise, hands-on advice, and incredibly fast responses, and additionally, he is very likeable and humorous. Even when we had delays on our side, he remained patient, professional, and motivating. He helped us stay on track and made the entire journey smooth and achievable. Sprinto + Ajay Tambe is a probably unbeatable combination.

There is very little to dislike. Some features could be even more customizable (e.g. making internal notes to evidence or controls), but nothing that negatively impacted our certification process. Overall, the experience has been outstanding.

Sprinto helps us manage the entire ISO 27001 compliance process in a structured, automated, and highly transparent way. It reduces manual work, keeps all policies and evidence organized, and ensures we stay audit-ready at all times.

Effortless Onboarding and Intuitive Security Management
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and mapping to security controls is straightforward. The dashboard provides a clear view of all security controls, making it simple to monitor them. Integration with other systems is also supported.

There aren’t many drawbacks to mention. Since Sprinto has to integrate with a wide range of different vendors, it can be challenging for the platform to keep up with the specific nuances that each one demands.

Great Compliance Software
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and their customer success managers are helpful. Once we figured out what was required, completing all the necessary tasks and achieving compliance was fairly straightforward . The implementation process was clear and the software guided us through each step. Whenever we had questions, we could easily reach their support team. Our Customer Success Manager (Shruti Saraswat) was especially helpful throughout the process and continues to provide valuable assistance.

Need a better initial explanation of everything that needs to be done in order to reach compliance.
