Sprinto Streamlined our SOC2 process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Dashboard, it's brilliant and simple. Without having too much information we can complete the SOC 2

It gets stuck in between, and then it takes time to come back to the page

What do you like best about the product?
The software integrates well with the applications that we are using and it greatly simplifies the reporting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge that I have seen is we are in different time zones, but we were able to schedule everything appropriately.

It has greatly simplified the Soc2 compliance process.
Great onboarding and setup experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto team is really great when setting up the different Sprinto integrations that help to verify compliance with ISO27001

So far, I have nothing that I dislike about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a SaaS vendor, we are actively persuing ISO27001 compliance and Sprinto is a great platform to make this as painless as possible.
Compliance Auditing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helps us identify and minimise security gaps/risks in our laptops. Usually, it takes about a day or two to finish, and one should wait till the process gets completed. But with Sprinto, one can do this tedious process on their own, and it just takes an hour or so (max) to complete.
Moreover, Sprinto also offers tools to identify and minimise security risks. It also provides valuable information on vulnerabilities that need to be addressed.
I highly recommend Sprinto to anyone seeking SOC 2 certification.

What do you dislike about the product?
I kept getting the [Sprinto] Action required for the security compliance email even though I submitted my monthly status report. And then, later, I realised that it was taking my old laptop's security compliance status. I deleted my old laptop device then it got fixed.
Feedback: If there are two devices linked to the same account. It would be great if we could get a suggestion that our old machine is still connected and our new machine is still not connected to sprinto.
Other than that, everything else has been good so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps us strengthen the security gaps in our system. It also provides a system that allows us to track our security and compliance. Moreover, the whole process was seamless, and it helped us get our SOC type 1 & 2 compliant by taking care of all the necessary activities required for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard has complete details in a single picture and is easy to navigate. The contact person from Sprinto knows what he does and is readily available whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
New portal updates are happening recently, which takes time for existing customers to check for the required details. A prior notification about the updates would help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printo has helped us to get SOC2 certified which makes has complied to reach out to our US clients.
Ease with InfoSec compliance and certification process
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto works with its clients as partners and is always ready with a solution-driven approach. Gurudev is an asset, and working with him is delightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to download reports from Sprinto - Failing, critical, due checks - so that follow-up with employees will be more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding process was super smooth. Hemant and team were very helpful and always available. We had a customer to close who needed SOC2 - they moved super fast and introduced us with auditors.
Their pricing also was very competitive compared to other providers.
Hemant, Vaishali and Shivang was very knowledgeable and helped us out with almost all queries. Great followup and closure.

Beyond just achieving compliance, Sprinto has become a powerful sales enablement tool for us. The automated Trust Center allows us to securely and instantly share our up-to-date compliance proofs (SOC 2 reports, policies, etc.) with prospects, dramatically accelerating the security review stage of our sales cycle. Nothing specific. Some minor bugs were resolved in a day or two. Our Account manager Shivang has also been helpful in resolving the queries.

Our experience with Sprinto was fantastic, and there were only a few minor issues on the portal. However, Srikumar was always available to help us resolve these issues
