Simple, Customizable Platform with Great Onboarding, Integrations, and Value
What do you like best about the product?
Simple yet comprehensive interface, great onboarding through the portal and with support, and very customizable. It had all the integrations we needed for our main systems, pricing was exceptional, performance of the console and integrations was great in order for us to do a first set up and audit for ISO 27001:2022. Our Customer Support Engineer, Joe Aksharan, did an amazing job in onboarding and supporting us toward our successful certification with our complex, multi-platform and hybrid remote-user environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Awaiting more automated integrations for some of our software, particularly for Mosyle and 1Pwd but they confirmed they are actively working on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was our first automated compliance system. We were recommended it by one of our vendors. We wanted a platform to help us achieve quick and automated compliance and Sprinto was able to do that for us with over 96% automation and any manual compliance had very good instructions and support was above and beyond.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was how straightforward and guided the whole SOC 2 process felt. Everything was well-organized, with clear direction at each step, so we didn’t have to chase things or figure stuff out on our own. It took a lot of the usual complexity out of compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say, really. It does the job properly, and the UX is good, so there isn’t anything in particular for me to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto simplifies SOC 2 compliance by bringing everything into one structured, guided workflow instead of scattered tools and manual tracking. For us, it meant less effort, faster compliance, and greater confidence in meeting requirements while building customer trust sooner.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was how guided the whole process felt. SOC 2 can get pretty overwhelming, but Sprinto broke it down into clear steps so we always knew what to do next. Our account manager Shivang was really helpful in keeping things on track and making sure we didn’t miss anything. It saved us a lot of time and back-and-forth, especially with auditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much to complain about. There were a few instances where we felt the platform could be a bit more flexible when trying to go outside the standard flow, but it wasn’t a blocker. For the most part, things worked smoothly and as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprinto, SOC 2 felt like a scattered and time-consuming process with too many moving parts. Sprinto helped bring everything into one place and gave us a clear structure to follow. It reduced a lot of manual effort for our team and helped us move faster than we expected. What do you like best about the product?
What stood out the most was how structured and guided the entire SOC 2 process felt with Sprinto. Our account manager Shivang ensured we always knew what to do next, kept us on track, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. The platform and team together removed a lot of the usual confusion and back-and-forth, turning what is typically a heavy compliance exercise into a much more manageable and predictable process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about Sprinto based on our experience. If I had to point out something, it would be that certain parts of the platform feel a bit rigid when you want to customize workflows beyond the standard SOC 2 setup. That said, it didn’t impact us much since their default processes were already well-structured and worked smoothly for our needs.

Shivang, our account manager, was extremely helpful throughout and he kept everything on track and handled the auditor conversations so we didn’t have to stress about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much to complain about. The whole process was pretty smooth, and everything worked as expected. If anything, there were a few moments where we had to wait briefly on certain updates, but nothing that really impacted the overall experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprinto thought of every detail so that I wouldn't miss anything essential. The support was exceptional. The pricing fit my budget. Integrations were very helpful.

There were no downsides for me. It was very thorough.
