What do you like best about the product?

Nothing, really nothing! There's nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a lot of process management's problems we used to have before adopting Pipefy as our workflow tool. We used to struggle a lot to identify our process status and manage our clients requests using just email or worksheets.

Using a complete tool to manage and automate process helps us to use our time and energy, helping our employees to produce more and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create custom boards, like using the templates already exist there.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use Toggl I need to setting Zappier what is to the same that have the button on every card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using as a Kanban board to manage software development tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of kanban, email integration, and automation makes Pipefy a great tool for every company. Another great thing about Pipefy is that you can start small and gradually improve your processes. The support and help center is also great. In general, Pipefy not only has a great product, but also a great team and provides an impeccable service, either on support or during the implementation phases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the database feature is useless (the same results could be done using pipes, and the database has fewer features). The PDF builder could be improved. Google Calendar integration is not perfect.
Pipefy lacks documentation about custom apps. It could have more videos or examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a software development company, and we use Pipefy for everything else that is not related to the development work itself. We use it for customer support (using portals, SLA, and email integrations), we also use it for RH and financial processes. It saved us a lot of time and I don't think our company could grow without it (or an equivalent tool).
I also used Pipefy to validate an idea (create an MVP).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Besides having a great tool, you can learn a lot from this company.

Some lack of tutorials for usual project situations. It is not so easy at the beginning.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiest way of customizing it, to adapt to your process needs.
Can feet to any kind of process, being very horizontal tool.
We can even verticalize it, using the portal feature, and have one big pilar of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should be easier to integrate to other platforms, because you need to use a their part resource.
You should be used mainly on fast communication between people nowadays, if possible to integrate with WhatsApp, Telegran, and so on.
Also we should have more alternatives of creating and editing reports.
Many of those issues are being addressed, but not available now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To address the problem of human repetitive work.
We can easily use that App to assure the use of standard procedures, in other to have more accurate planned tasks.
Also decrease human erros, when you need to use different sheets filled all the time.
To capture information without erros, with public start forms are a must.
The possibility of work with database helps organize information, and use whenever you need.

Not necessarily a problem solving, yet using it for the daily activities as per Client's requirements

If you are looking for an easy to manage tool that will allow you and your team(s) effective work on tasks, this will be a great choice. Pipefy is investing time and effort on continuous development of new features, so the tool possibilities and range may still expand.

The Templating area could be a little bit more refined

We use Pipefy to control all of our service desk tickets, and several of those have pretty detailed needs, and PIpefy helps us a lot with that

What do you like best about the product?
The view options, the live reports it can reproduce. We can show off all the work that is done during the recruitment process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only struggle that I have is the time zone differences. There was a test done and my guest did not received the notification on time, I guess that is related to the time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it helped us to avoid loosing candidtes for not replying on time, I condier it will hep us to optimize the time in sending personalized responsed using canned responses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Pipefy is a grafic tool that may be implemented in different process, it will help not only to comply with your daily activites but it will also facilitate the training of new team memebers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how adaptable the software is to any type of work process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipefy lacks a feature to display what is being managed through graphs and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a problem related to onboarding of new customers. I could control all the phases of my process and also easily integrate with other softwares that were already being used in the company.
