A very powerful tool for managers

What do you like best about the product?
The incredible flexibility to create your own process and the fantastical customer success interation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in specifics features - but its not a really annoying problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is capable to guarantee high level of quality with our deliverables with no worries about someone forgetting important tasks. Also, we have a very clear picture of all our processes in real time, something that was utopia before using Pipefy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We tried lots of tools and techniques before Pipefy and once we found them we knew it was exactly what we needed. It really worths a try!

Necessary Process Software

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to visualize process status. You can see where you are in a given data system - in this case in approving, verifying and storing certain information. Helps to eliminate errors where things can fall through the approval system. Archives information well outside of an email system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires some training for people - and puts more reliance on people to follow the system. Need to have some one to maintain it - where instead you might be using a more loose/manual tracking system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking change orders that need to go through multiple approval process and that need some levels of approval and then archiving of information. Pipefy communicates the information well in a form, and tracks the status of that information so we know where to push to get things moving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect for companies that need to make a business process repeatable and trackable.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about Pipefy are the integration and the ability to track SLAs for state projects. The details of individual SLAs will of course vary depending on the type of services a customer requires—and the metrics used to measure how well the customer and provider are meeting -- is very esstenial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I have any dislikes about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate with key team members during product deployments is easily accomplished in Pipefy. The ability to save lots of time with the automation process.

Simple, easy and objective

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility, ease, and objectivity in building and automating my processes. All of our processes are in Pipefy. We were able to integrate company task management in one place.
Public forms are undoubtedly a tremendous Pipefy differential.
Because of him, interactions with applicants who are not members of the tool became much more accessible. We do not find an equivalent function in other process management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with connection fields is still limited. It is currently possible to embed only one record in connection fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our processes are in Pipefy. We were able to integrate company task management in one place.
We initially decided to automate the expense reimbursement process. Through this process, we have achieved greater engagement with other users.
Due to public forms, interactions with applicants not members of the tool became much more accessible. We do not find an equivalent function in other process management software.
Then we added new processes until our entire quality management system (now ISO 9001 certified) was in Pipefy.
Thanks to Pipefy, we were able to digitize 100% of ISO 9001 without the need for documented procedures or the use of spreadsheets and PDF files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipefy is a potent tool. In line with a process approach within your organization, Pipefy will become your best tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, Easy to use, great for collaboration.. most important it guides you towards your sales closing goals. Also excellent and immediate customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is great, good tool to include all client follow up information , have control, and go in straight line towards your sales goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, increase sales productivity.

Coach and Train your staff in efficient sales processes and techniques, and how to coach others... this way we wet the most of it.

Friendly features and the support team!.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really nothing! There's nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a lot of process management's problems we used to have before adopting Pipefy as our workflow tool. We used to struggle a lot to identify our process status and manage our clients requests using just email or worksheets.

Using a complete tool to manage and automate process helps us to use our time and energy, helping our employees to produce more and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create custom boards, like using the templates already exist there.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use Toggl I need to setting Zappier what is to the same that have the button on every card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using as a Kanban board to manage software development tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of kanban, email integration, and automation makes Pipefy a great tool for every company. Another great thing about Pipefy is that you can start small and gradually improve your processes. The support and help center is also great. In general, Pipefy not only has a great product, but also a great team and provides an impeccable service, either on support or during the implementation phases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the database feature is useless (the same results could be done using pipes, and the database has fewer features). The PDF builder could be improved. Google Calendar integration is not perfect.
Pipefy lacks documentation about custom apps. It could have more videos or examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a software development company, and we use Pipefy for everything else that is not related to the development work itself. We use it for customer support (using portals, SLA, and email integrations), we also use it for RH and financial processes. It saved us a lot of time and I don't think our company could grow without it (or an equivalent tool).
I also used Pipefy to validate an idea (create an MVP).

Besides having a great tool, you can learn a lot from this company.
