What do you like best about the product?
The organization of activity cards, with deadline expiration notices, creation of a database for creating customer and activity history.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a tool that graphically shows how and how much an activity is impacting others. When more than one activity has the same deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The outsourcing of activity initiation, today the demand in the area is created based on the requests of our internal clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The autonomy to create and rearrange fields and phases. Model the pipes according to each process, the connection between parent/child cards with movements through triggers. We optimize internal communication by using email templates to alert users about some simple tasks. Being able to mention (@) users in comments also helps to concentrate information and improve communication. The visualization of deadlines also makes it easier to understand the demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app. It is not very functional, especially for those using it daily on the street. Both the visualization is poor, and the movements and changes are not very functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The centralization of information. We were able to organize and better understand our processes. We noticed the bottlenecks in the stages of some processes, and we were able to understand how the process works as a whole; now we have a greater notion of how it works from start to finish. With this, besides adjusting the processes not only to fit the Pipefy platform but also to improve internally, we can enhance and facilitate the employees' day-to-day activities. We are more attentive to the stages, so we have more control when something needs to 'deviate' from the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Agility of the support and modeling team service. They are attentive and always have ideas to contribute to the best progress of the implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked everything! I have no points to highlight as negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved my problems with process decentralization, internal communication failures, and missing deadlines with clients. Today we have an integrated team, speaking the same "language," and the best part is seeing this directly reflected in my client's experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My tip is to have active participation with the Pipefy modeling team. No one knows your organization better than you do. The more you participate in the system modeling process, the better it will be, according to your needs. The Pipefy team is extremely proactive and efficient, but this does not eliminate the need for the active participation of the company manager to develop the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy kanban board. Is really flexible without loosing the user restrictions. So you can make a process reliable in your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing with database usage, for example export databases. Also would be great to integrate databases with websites using a iframe or something........
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we have solved with Pipefy was the user registration process in our business that pass through almost every department. We now have control over every step of the process. Also we made our CRM in Pipefy so when the the leads becomes clients, everything happens insight the same software.

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried several other process management or similar tools in the market, but Pipefy still gives the most 'bang for your buck'. I like that it solves problems quickly and easily. That is a major feature because most of us do not have the time or resources to manage a big burdening software. We need simple and fast solutions. Pipefy is simple and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get acquainted and used to the user interface. That can cause difficulty to some members of the team who can find it overwhelming at the beginning. It must be used for a while before you become productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are standardizing the accounts receivable process for an insurance broker. Automating emails and reminders has taken a lot of repetitive work from the office clerks. They can now concentrate on exceptions and problem solving for better customer service. We plan to move to dashboards next, to keep managers informed in real-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipefy solves problems, and many competitors too. Sometimes it is your creativity and how you tackle your problems that brings out the best outcome or solution. That being said, Pipefy will probably have a solution for just about anything you can throw at it.

The Suport is amazing, and the possibility of create databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
For most users this is not relevant and is not of great weight in my decision making but the pipefy interface is a little non-intuitive at the beginning of the experience

Go! I like Pipefy and how they serve your clients.

Its management approach in Kanban is excellent for all businesses, from small businesses to large corporations, as it does not need to be implemented across the company to give results.


Migration can be gradual by internal teams.

Pipefy also has efficient support that instantly solves most of my requests.

What do you like best about the product?
We use pipefy to define process . For example Sales Process and Feedback Process. We share the form and our clients register and we see the info to explote
What do you dislike about the product?
Your UX in Software template is horrible. We have +50 cards and management of task is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implement Short Process and wiht only one interaction between areas. Our process are easy and clear.

Made possible to automate a whole ad agency

What do you like best about the product?
I kid you not. I automated a whole advertising agency, from briefing to contracts, payments to recruitment, all in pipefy.
The kanban style makes everything simple and visual. The integration between pipes allows information between areas flow very smoothly. And for last, the automations reduce significantly the amount of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe as it is built for all kinds of processes, incluiding industry and other heavy stuff, the outputs lack more options of design costumization. For exemple: if I want to make sure the automated emails go out with a proper layout, I have to type in the HTML code by hand. A style converter would be great. Same thing happens with the PDF builder. I can't style it within the text input fields. Apart from that, I'm quite satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem solved was to reduced the amount of people required in the back office doing repeatable work. With Pipefy you can leave it to the code to it, while people can focus on tasks that require more brain than typing.
