Working in times of disruption: Pipefy Makes It Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pipefy took the time to listen to the pain-points of all users and came up with an amazing workflow. Easy to install pipelines, easy to maintain, more than what you wanted insights, etc. It simply makes it easy to track your process and work with it.
When moved into working-from-home, honestly, my to-do list was a mess. I had post-its, I had notebooks, I had emails, and being separated from everyone else made it even harder to track my details and deadlines.
I had worked with Monday, Trello, Google Keep, asana, my own excel sheet, and nothing worked. They all took too long to set up and honestly, you just forgot to update them. When you're on the fly and working away, you don't really have time to update your pretty-colored tools.
That's when I discovered Pipefy and I was hooked. I downloaded it, I saw that it came with pre-made pipelines that you could just complete, easy steps, and I got to work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not in love with the dashboard sections, the recommended pipelines look like your installed one so it makes it a little clunky. Other than that, nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have never worked more efficiently. I have always struggled to put together my post its, my notes, my emails, etc. and now I can just open a task, create it, put a deadline and it goes straight into my to-do list. I love Pipefy!

Excellent for process optmization, super easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy and fast, great for work! It's super helpfull at my job, everything that happens is on Pipefy, so it can always be analized or changed to improve. The help center is fast and clear, they always answer my questions and solve it. There are lots of tutorials on the internet, making it even easier to anyone use. It's easy to set up the basics, the Kanban's functionality is great. It's super intuitive, the learning curve is fast. The automations are awesome, and makes it even easier.
The forms can be filed by my customers, not only by my employees. Everything can be customized.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to load the cards. Some changes in the process are possible only at the cost of losing some data. I can't export the data base with just one button. It's very difficult to make integrations with other apps. Sometimes it's very restrictive. As we use Pipefy for controlling all of our processes, the are some features only available in major plans. I wish I could change the color of the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working in process optmization, so Pipefy makes it fast to organize the process, and easier to other people understand it.
I started to work with Pipefy this year, and before that, I didn't known it. Now that I know, I always tell everybody how great it is. I can see what my collegues are currently working and report daily jobs to them.

Pipefy is a fantastic toll organize all taks you have to do.
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifys your work and remind you the dates you have to deliver the taskes.
Alsol, allows you to keep up with your progress and the progress of your team mates. that is good for transparancy.

some times fells a bit disorganized and it takes a time to find somethigs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all my companies problems. we used to use othe plataform but i didn´t attended our needs and was too simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I belive that pipe could make the UX a little bit easier. sometimes is hard to find somethig we need. it has a lot of tools, but most of the time we don't know how to use it the best way we can.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and easy to handle. Can be implemented really fast and it is very easy to customize, change and evolve. Pipefy is ideal for ever changing environments that require high flexibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is quick and simple to use, but could improve its governance to be more compliant to larger organizations. Security can limit its adoption outside the organization (to interact directly with customers) but this possibility was considered due to the high satisfaction of the business users with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage a workflow where there are multiple customer's claims that must be analyzed, evaluated and responded, eventually reimbursed. The program's policies are changing everyday, so pipefy's flexibility is core to addressing our objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely should use to digitize workflows and enhance team productivity. Perfect for innovation and exploration on business processes.
I liked it at first, but I stopped using it due to difficulties in exporting customer tables.
What do you like best about the product?
the possibility of being able to create the form and all the workflow according to my needs. Link the flows, being able to create multiple pipes and move the cards between them.

I couldn't export a customer table from Excel, it always gave some error, until I gave up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could resolve my sales process flow, I found the solution very interesting.

Very good for creating your workflows, but if you are starting your customer base from scratch.

ATM i dont see any tool that isnt helpful for the team.

Very easy tool to use. It's a fundamental part for organizations that need better communication with each other.
Pipefy the best Process Management Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in pipefy, is that you don`t need any IT guy to create a process management. The UX/UI of Pipefy is very good, making easy of user adapt to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipefy for early stage companies can be a few expensive, starting with plans in $12 per user, when you do the math 12*(number of employees) you be a little bit surprised, and for companies in Brazil, we have another problem, the Dolar, so the math be 12*(number of employees)*6 (6 is the Dolar price in Real today).
Sometimes we had some issues with automations on pipefy, like very huge delays between the trigger and the execution of action.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our process today are managed with Pipefy.
The main issue that pipefy solved is that all the team can manage the process without request to IT team to create new Field, or edit any Step on the pipes, leaving the It team free for work in what really matters to your business.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
My main recommendation is that if you are using a software like Trello, is very interesting to you analyze and try to use Pipefy.
If you don`t have IT team I'm shure that you will like Pipefy.
For very small teams, like 2 ou 3 members, and a very small company, pipefy is not too expensive, but when it increase, you may be scared with your billing.
For very big companies, I think that pipefy has special conditions to close de deal.

Simplest and most complete tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like simplicity and Pipefy delivers me it. Not just for me, but to the hole team. Pipefy is simple but powerful and complete. Everything we want to control, we can do inside it.
I love the way we can concentrate all information inside the platform, such as emails, comments, documents, and everything else.

Sometimes I think new improvements could be faster.
Another point that could be very important is to export databases. We always reconsider inputting all our data inside Pipefy because it's not possible to export some items later.
I also would like if it was possible to chat inside Pipefy. It'd be possible to do more in it.

Operation control, team remote work, and more.
We just could abandon dozens of e-mails and focus on what's more important for us.
Since we adopted Pipefy for BPM we've never had problems with due dates or something like this.
Even some tools told to be specific for accountants couldn't deliver the same performance on processes control inside our organization.

This is the best software we have purchased in a long time .

Its simplicity of use and the tutorials we received at the beginning. They were excellent

Very little, we use it every day and can't fault it

We use it for our sales, ordering, and deliveries. It is invaluable

Don't be afraid to use it, once you start using it you will wonder how you managed without it in the past
A very flexible tool for managing work flow
What do you like best about the product?
It is an icredible accesible tool that I can manage all the data that I want that comes from my internal and external team, creating different process for each product that we have going at the moment. The platform offers multiples articles about maganing workflows, creating process and understanding the tool itself. I get all the support that I need, and it is really fast! I never in my life had to manage a huge amount of work and managing it in a big team and it really surprised me that having the right tools can really help you grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be unstable sometimes so I have to double check some operations.
I wished I could import some database informations when filling out fields in each card. Sometimes I have to reopen the cards multiple times just to paste the info that I need to put on because it shows that it is blank even though it isn't.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge amount of work flow that I used to do by myself, and would consume 80% of my time. Now I can see clearly my team process and focus on other tasks that I couldn't focus on.

Last year I used to coordinate a considerable amount of workflow and a small team by hand but we knew the company was growing fast and it wouldn't always be like this so this tool really helped me and my team to manage all of that, in all areas.
