What do you like best about the product?
The entire Pipefy team is easy to access and communicate with (by email or through the platform itself). All problems are always quickly resolved.

Pipefy have an easy and good looking layout that is easy to navigate. The process can be adapted and customized to different demands and needs and it has multiple support tools. It's a very tech and innovative platform.

In addition to its own tools, Pipefy interacts with other platforms in a integrative way so you can have "all you need" in a one single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think in one thing that I dislike about pipefy. It's really a very complete work tool. It even offers videos and guidelines to facilitate navigation and deep understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We organize the entire company process inside pipefy

Speaking for my company, we center all our info and data inside Pipefy, from the client's contract to the final product delivery. It's a secure and easy to manage platform, by using it our process is always organized and registered.

We can organize our pipes (kanban) according to our demand and use the platform tools to facilitate our work, saving time and gaining efficiency. The user is the one

All the processes are easily automated for example: sending emails and deadline alerts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
pipefy is a very fast and innovative company, the optimization of time and efficiency is notorious

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Sprint panel, probably it's my favorite feature, because I can organize my weekly tasks in a certain period, helping me to focus in the most important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not 100% sure if I like the way that the modals are. I don't know, it doesn't look well. Sometimes I can't understand what pages I am seeing, the user flow confuses me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am taking off all the cards I have made on Trello and sending to Pipefy, because I can organize them so much better. The custom fields makes everything easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to customize and use for different applications (CX, HR, etc)

The reports are terrible. Is really hard to understand what obligate u/the data to export to a spreadsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To increase sales. We use pipefy to organize or sales process and organize the onboarding od new customers

Pipefy is easily to develop and sustain digital process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipefy needs change the way to create workflows. Only Kanban can't be the best way to complicated process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy can be used to digitalize processes, orchestrate basic processes with others service with APIs, create a MVP apps, and other applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a fast solution, stable, easy and flexible, Pipefy is the best for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy has everything that you need to organize information even with free plan. The platform is very customizable, and the automations you can do make your life 100% easier. Also, it is an excellent tool to share information with other people in your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today I don't have native integrations that I need there. I have to use other solutions (such as Zapier) to send my leads across different marketing platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today I use the platform as a CRM to administrate my Sales Funnel and commercial process. The implementation gave me and my team clarity about who is taking care of which lead, in which commercial part of the process the lead is, and also shared information about the client's feedback.
The golden point for me is the automations. We use them to send e-mails reminding us of the deadlines to do our tasks, and also sending automated e-mails to our site's leads to make a meet appointment with our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipefy is a very flexible and customizable tool, which means you can do A LOT of different things. I recommend seeing online tutorials and using the templates they give you before starting a new process.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is a low-code platform that gives me great convenience for our organization's development commitments. It offers compelling data-driven decision features which can pull information from our workflows easily. It also grants visibility through its customized dashboard to analyze, track and make comparisons in our various project stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Pipefy as it's suitable for our organization's workflow management pipeline. We can automate recursive tasks in our business process and effectively establish rules for automation, integration tools, and have a coherent platform for our customer strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy is beneficial in providing an automated framework for our IT enterprise incident management. We can actively update the real-time status of our third-party agents and direct their responses straight to our process workflow pipeline. It is also quick to deploy thanks to its pipe templates, with which we can easily create our own application platform without any coding necessities.

We are being more effective with pipefy

What do you like best about the product?
We are in a transition phase, we had a lot of problems with time management, projects were always late before... Today, with cards in kanban, we were able to go further and reduce our delivery times. In addition, we are now able to know which phase each project is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen may have more customization options... as sometimes we need more information, being able to resize the images more would be a good thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of problems I can mention delays in the execution of internal projects, lack of visibility of the phase that a project is in, lack of time control in each phase of the project. Regarding the benefits, I had the solution of all the problems and thus the satisfaction of my internal customer. Another big benefit we're having is that sellers no longer need to call our pre-sales team to find out the status of the request, sellers can go into a dashboard and see the updated status of their requests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool will help your team become more agile using kanban patterns and thus allow better response times with a much better view of the operation's bottlenecks

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and customizable according to the objective of the project. It's a simple way to keep up with the activities, especially when the team is involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the plan has valuable features. I mean, it could be easier to do some actions if there were available other features, like automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team has been more organized with tasks, preventing the oblivion of activities. Another point is the ease in monitoring the development of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Pipefy is that it has different Platforms that help a manager to have smooth business processes. I also love the fact that you can integrate Pipefy to other software you currently use. I love how flexible and easy to use Pipefy is and how flexible it is to build and customize your business processes. I also love the fact that it is easy to view the process status and to know where you are on your processes and what you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about Pipefy so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pipefy for most of our sales processes like lead qualification, onboarding of all call agents who join our sales team, and we use it to design and establish online forms that we use for different campaigns. We use Pipefy for communication as well through the Shared Inbox. Pipefy promotes transparency within our organization.
