Pipefy should improve the portal module, with better UX

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to structure and manage processes on Pipefy.
It's very user-friendly and has a lot of features that enable every user to use this platform.
We are evolving our process significantly due to Pipefy!
I like a lot that we can see and manage every SLA and that the time to structure a process and start testing and using it is very low.
I love that i don't need to involve IT departament on every single improvement that i want for the processes.
But ther greater benefit is that i can effectively help other departaments to improve their processes and our company's services.
Our employees are starting to feel the difference and wishing to have Pipefy used on their departament too.
It's very user-friendly and has a lot of features that enable every user to use this platform.

The price could be a little bit lower so we can add every employee in our company on some Pipes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process and SLA management problemas.
We are eliminating e-mails and unnecessary Excel sheets by using Pipefy to manage our processes.
Furthermore, we are starting some RPA automations based on our Pipefy processes.
We have achieved some significant improvements in our transactional processes.
We used to have a lot of burocratic process and now we can see every departament's SLA and this information can be used on the capacity planning for some departaments.
We are eliminating e-mails and unnecessary Excel sheets by using Pipefy to manage our processes.
Furthermore, we are starting some RPA automations based on our Pipefy processes.

It still has some errors and bugs. But I believe that they will soon be resolved.

Automation of an entire product creation flow. Tool is supplying all management and control needs.

Easy to use, intuitive, meets most needs of managing a process or flow. Very good, but with some limitations. But very useful and of great use. You will love working with this tool, modern and easy.Use the tool to solve your management problems. It will help a lot.

The tool is very friendly, easy to use, excellent visualization, very intuitive. It can be used for project management, process management, and even team activity management. The most significant advantage is that the user himself can make most of the settings himself due to the tool's ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were materials available for building dashboards. I missed graphical tools, even though we were told that Pipefy is developing this part
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pipefy we can concentrate all project information in one place. In addition to being very visual, we were able to monitor which stage of the life cycle the project is in, watch the activities in progress, and the people involved in the project execution. These are benefits that add value to the process.

We are at the beginning of use, but even so, the information for the stakeholders is the key.
Intuitive and Practical
What do you like best about the product?
How the simplistic features speak with each other, ea the Kanban, Excel report and SAP links. Along with that, the amount of detail and history you can have on a single Pipe is surprising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a steep learning curve, requires practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project operation management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipefy is a much better tool than Excel for designing and following Pipelines. Besides being overall simples (once you get used to it), it has various interactions that are otherwise complicated to set up via Office. SAP links, e-mail registering, quick customized reports, everything. One thing to note is that you should get training from the company, since the tool only really excels when you extract 100% from it.

A simplicidade e autonomia que ele dá aos times que o utilizam.
Com ele podemos desenhar vários processos de maneira sólida, para resolver problemas internos, gerando controles, dados e um workflow que funciona.

What do you dislike about the product?
Com o tempo, o preço em dólar começou a prejudicar. E algumas mudanças envolvendo preço tornaram ele menos em conta. Por exemplo, agora automações são cobradas (como automação no envio de e-mail, que antes faziam parte do workflow) e o módulo de BI que é cobrado adicionalmente.

Conseguimos criar fluxos internos de áreas, sem a necessidade de envolver o time de TI e de maneira rápida.

I miss more specific parameterizations concerning pipes and user permission.

Pipefy enabled automation of complex business processes in less than two weeks, quickly allowing chaos to turn into value almost instantly.

The creation of automations, links and conditionals are sometimes complicated for those who do not have programming experience.
