Data workflows have accelerated and now optimize migration and cost management

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

Airbyte Cloud's main use case for our organization is to optimize our cost. A specific example of how we're using Airbyte Cloud to optimize costs is that we have some tools, and they also help us to speed up the things we do.

What is most valuable?

The best feature Airbyte Cloud offers is data transformation.

Airbyte Cloud has positively impacted our organization by being very helpful and speeding up our work environment.

An example of how it has helped speed things up is that we have data here and there, which helps us to organize and speed up our migration.

Data tasks help our workflow and organization because most of the things we do manually, so that helps organize.

What needs improvement?

Airbyte Cloud can be improved because it looks good so far, but based on the AI coming, they have to catch up with AI agents. Everything seems to be going through AI, so that is a consideration for future improvements.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Airbyte Cloud for a few months since we are starting.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Airbyte Cloud is stable, as it looks good to me so far.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is actually good because we have an agent first, and then connect through the support with the tickets, so that is also very fast.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not previously use a different solution.

How was the initial setup?

I'm not sure if we purchased Airbyte Cloud through the AWS Marketplace because that is purchased by our manager. My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that so far it is straightforward, and I do not feel any difficulty.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment with time saving and also reduced cost as well.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Airbyte Cloud, we went through the market and looked around, and then we chose Airbyte.

What other advice do I have?

We are integrating with Airbyte Cloud by moving an on-premise monolithic application to the cloud and moving around data. So far, it is good regarding our main use case for Airbyte Cloud, and we are still exploring. Airbyte Cloud looks good to me. My advice to others looking into using Airbyte Cloud is that based on solving the issue, it is very recommendable. I would rate this product a 9.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Flexible and Cost-Friendly Data Integration

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Airbyte makes it incredibly simple to pull data from multiple sources into our warehouse, allowing the unified analytics to run smoothly. Its capacity to handle most of the syncing tasks without requiring me to build custom pipelines is a massive relief. The product effectively removes the headache of manually building and maintaining connectors by ensuring that most sources work right out of the box. The scheduled syncs are particularly helpful as they keep our warehouse data updated without the need for manual intervention, thus enhancing the reliability and speed of our data pipeline. Setting up new connectors and monitoring syncs is also straightforward thanks to its clean, intuitive UI. Clear logs play a vital role in allowing me to quickly debug any sync issues, significantly cutting down on troubleshooting time so that I can focus more on utilizing the data. The initial setup of Airbyte was remarkably smooth, taking just a few minutes to spin up and adding the first connectors required minimal effort. When we transitioned from custom Python pipelines and some usage of Fivetran to Airbyte, we gained more control and reduced costs, which was a significant advantage. Overall, it's a solid, flexible, and cost-friendly solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectors can be a bit buggy, especially the less-used ones. Additionally, handling large syncs sometimes requires tuning to avoid timeouts. I would also appreciate faster support responses when something breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airbyte to pull data from multiple sources into our warehouse, eliminating the need for custom pipelines. It simplifies connector setup, syncs data efficiently, and provides a reliable and faster data pipeline, freeing me from manual efforts and allowing more focus on data utilization.

Customizable and powerfull

  • July 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable, other ETL tools (no-code low-code) does not offer such flexibility - eg. building own connectors. Pricing model is also very fair in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be useful to have more tutorial materials - explanations included next to workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transfer our internal agency data (tasks, time tracking) to big query. We use it also for clients marketing data integration.

ETL platform with wide range of connectors

  • July 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Open-source and extensible -- if a connector for a data source doesn't exist, you can easily build your own with the low-code connector builder. Cloud version not too expensive as long as you manage the connectors well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the open-source version can be a little tricky, but worth the time investment. For some connectors (ex. Facebook/Meta Ads), paid cloud version is the only way to go, as API access for individual users are extremely limited while Airbyte Cloud allows easy setup via OAuth. Cost estimates for using cloud version not too easy to formulate because it's based on tokens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to manually write code to create data pipelines, easily set up pipelines in minutes

Moving Data Made Easy

  • July 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I especially appreciate the intuitive UI and how quickly I can get reliable data syncing between sources and destinations with very little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data-based pricing model of Airbyte Cloud can feel limiting and not as predictable, especially as data volumes grow. I would prefer a more transparent, resource-based pricing approach that aligns better with infrastructure usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting Jira Data into analyticsl downstream systems. Making it easy to schedule reliable data exports.

Pricey but effective

  • July 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have so many connectors. It's also very easy to use and set up.

I love that it's so popular and has a freemium model, because that means there are a lot of tutorials on the internet for me to use.

I use this tool every day, in conjunction with another tool, to get all my Amazon API data into a database that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of depth on Amazon, as well as price.

They don't go "deep" in every connector the way some companies do, but what they lack in depth, they have in breadth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to connect to API data that I wouldn't have otherwise.

I appreciate how Airbyte makes it easy to connect and sync data from a wide range of sources without requiring extensive setup or coding. The platform’s user-friendly interface, flexible connectors, and active community support make it simple to integrate new data pipelines and customize them to fit specific needs. Frequent updates and clear documentation also help streamline the process, saving both time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Airbyte offers a lot of flexibility and useful features, there can be a steep learning curve for new users, especially when configuring more complex connectors. Occasionally, I’ve encountered issues with connector stability or incomplete documentation, which can slow down implementation. Additionally, some advanced features may require more technical expertise or troubleshooting than expected, which can be challenging for teams with limited engineering resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airbyte is helping us centralize data from multiple sources, which used to be a time-consuming and manual process. By automating data integration and extraction, Airbyte saves us a significant amount of time and reduces the risk of errors. This streamlined approach allows our team to focus more on data analysis and business insights rather than on maintaining custom scripts or manual workflows. Overall, it’s made our data management much more efficient and scalable.
