A system with low storage capacity

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which it stores and retrieves data is not impressive causes time consuming. The complex integration, with cloud services making it unconvenient for me to manage my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Pure Cloud Block Store need to improve is in terms of customer support. It takes some time to receive assistance when needed which is frustrating. The pricing is on the side compared to services available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface is more intuitive, as navigating and configuring is sometimes be difficult. Pure Cloud Block Store unable to solve the problem of data mobility. There is lack of storage capacity.
