What do you like best about the product?
this platform Provides customer with a personalised promotion and a tailored shopping intent increases the sale without impacting the margins. The intent based promotions are highly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service was personally not up to Mark. The promos can sometimes be a little overwhelming but is fairly alright.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The intent based promotions are highly effective like I previously mentioned and the experience has been good

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to automatically offer discounts based on the visitors need and liklihood of abandoning, instead of offering everyone the exact same discount. I like being able to tell the AI my goal (increase orders or increase revenue per visit) and have them optimize for it. I like the detailed analytics they provide. Overall, there are many great aspects to this software that I have not seen elsewhere. The customer account management and support team are top-notch. Shout out to Levi!
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to add auto apply coupon links. That said, the team is working on it and it should hopefully be available soon. They are very receptive to my feedback and truly take into account their customer requests and needs. They actually care about making their product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help increase conversion rate and revenue. Especially for paid traffic.

Average App with A difficult Customer Service Team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app has some capability to automate discount codes within the given range. However, it has limited capabilities and has to be separately created for desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app needs to be onboarded and doesn't have a native Shopify integration. You need to work with an account manager to set it up and getting time with them is a real pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their response time is very poor and in spite of the 30-day money-back guarantee, they never return the money or honor their words. The only benefit was that they offer customised journeys for each customer but have a long way to go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't install this app unless you have a lot of members in your team who can do the heavy lifting for you. There are a lot of other alternatives available and listed on the Shopify Marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straightforward to use, intuitive and it took us less than an hour to plug it into our Shopify platform. With the help of the Intent-Based Promotions tool, we provide our online shoppers with personalized promotions and tailored CX based on their shopping intent. The tool. helped us increase the revenue without impacting our margins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, Program has limited features but they are bringing new features on board which is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a premium brand, offering too many site-wide promotions wasn’t our primary strategy and we didn’t want to dilute brand perception. We made random flash sales during special times of the year to reduce user abandonment, increase conversions, and see what worked best to increase loyalty. However, we needed to find a strategy that would help us increase sales without nibbling the margins.

Our new marketing head stopped every contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saved our business enormous amounts of time doing data science to improve our customers' UX. With Personali, not only is our time use massively improved. Our productivity went up. Our profitability went significantly up. Our users give us rave reviews online and by word of mouth. They absolutely love the improved experience of shopping on our eCommerce site. We need it again, ASAP!
