Average App with A difficult Customer Service Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app has some capability to automate discount codes within the given range. However, it has limited capabilities and has to be separately created for desktop and mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app needs to be onboarded and doesn't have a native Shopify integration. You need to work with an account manager to set it up and getting time with them is a real pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their response time is very poor and in spite of the 30-day money-back guarantee, they never return the money or honor their words. The only benefit was that they offer customised journeys for each customer but have a long way to go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't install this app unless you have a lot of members in your team who can do the heavy lifting for you. There are a lot of other alternatives available and listed on the Shopify Marketplace.
