I find Target Process useful
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is how easy it is to set up views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional inconsistencies or need to refresh boards. Can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web development process management. Facilitates both Kanban and Scrum. Biggest benefit is transparency and documenting the development process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to learn how to set up views and dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been in 3 developments environment now. I only used targetprocess in my last job (this one) and I can honestly say that the organization between teams is perfect thanks to target process. I know what I have to do, and what other people in my team is doing. But more important, is that it actually helps with the organization of the task ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few options that I know the team leaders would like, like a better micromanagement of the teams, been able to assign the trash time better, but as far as i know the target process team is quite good with the feed back and they are happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of the work in the different teams is what I would remark.

we can do everything using scrum metodologies like create story or bug ticket and also can create test case on there

cannot export the testcase or testplan to be a report

easier to create test case/ test plan so developer can see what tester will do

What do you like best about the product?
Visualization, easy to use, drag and drop, customization and extenstion, Agile and Scrum support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal seach function is a bit weak than other powerful features.

We are solution provider on business wireless communication of VOIP and DECT. TP helps us to manage whole process of projects.

Targetprocess is ideal for companies ith 50 above IT employees who adopt or scale agile and in need of a visual project management solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Target Process allows for easy visualization of the schedule of different participants on the same project. Planning is simpler and faster. Schedule changes are very easy, and the visualization allows for quick reading. It is a tool that streamlines the organization's operations.

Filling in the information takes time to consider when building the task architecture.

Time saving, no more forgetting scheduling, anticipation of interventions

Pharmaceutical meta data repository.

What do you like best about the product?
The defect tracking and categories that target process provides are very good. As a Test engineer, it very easy for me to track/log my defect's.
What do you dislike about the product?
When writing test cases, the writing styles are not prompted for a bold or italic font style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track and log the problems for my project. Target process is user friendly and anything that need's history check can be easily tracked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and very intuitive to a new user.

The ease of use and the range of customization

It has a bit of a learning curve, I did not like it when we were first presented with the solution.I feel this is good for organizations but you have to have some training to use it right, it's not something like todoist or some consumer todo app.

It helps us work across departments and is easy to see what's coming up in the production pipeline.
Great for keeping track of projects

I love the "paper trail" it creates for projects, especially when I have to revisit a project a year or two later. I also love the simplicity of one place to keep track of my current assignments.

Target Process is a very complex tool. Sometimes it feels a bit unwieldy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As market research/analytics company, we use it to keep track of all our projects for clients. It is very helpful to keep track of project methodologies, so that we can come back a year or two later and update the model for a client.
Typically we have at least one person remote from the office, sometimes all of us are in different locations. Target Process keeps us on track, helps us collaborate better, and keep the work flow going.

It is a good tool for scrum management
What do you like best about the product?
ease of access to tasks. You can create your own view and view your completed/pending tasks. Ease of viewing completed sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much I can think of at this time. This is a good tool from where we came from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave a single access platform for our firm to look at tasks that are in progress as well as finished.
