What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the data is represented to the end users. And the filters option to sort out based on queries.
It is easy to use and more understandable

What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to performance target process needs to improve a bit. As testing engineer, our daily work is dependent on target process and we face in performance issue sometimes like unable to upload attachments, unable to change the status of bug.
Apart from that everything seems perfect in target process

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am testing engineer in caterpillar. I will deal with testing the functionalities of the software, whenever i come across any issues, i will raise a bug and tag it to respective developer.
with the help of target process I can track all my activities by using the filter query option, which helped me a lot.
with the help of target process I can track all my activities by using the filter query option, which helped me a lot.
Simple to get started, flexible enough to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get a new team going and then introduce new views to see new metrics to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that isn't on the roadmap. However creating some of the boards will not let you drill all the way down from project to tasks. Some of the calculations may not seem consistent across the views. Hard to get a clear view of the work contributing to the burn down in a chart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better collaboration and understanding of workload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some quirks that the onboarding team are very good at articulating so make the most of that call.
A great tool for managing Product Development
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility in configuration. Entities aren't set in stone and it's customizable. Interactive, great UX and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search. Finding the right thing can be hard. And search doesn't show all entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking issues, goals, milestones and accountability.
Targetprocess makes ticketing easy as a support person and gives me an overview of sprints
What do you like best about the product?
I use Targetprocess on a daily basis as a support person for a software company. I like the fact that we have created custom templates and are able to differentiate between different level requests. Targetprocess gives us an entire overview of everything that is going on and what tickets need to be handled or followed up with. As a support person I am quickly filter out a particular client or request by using tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a support person it can be tedious putting in a task and the UX seems clunky at times. This is definitely not a showstopper, but the UI could be a little more "light".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Targetprocess as a liaison between client services and our developers, this helps us keep track of all of our 1st level and 2nd level tickets. Using Targetprocess has helped us keep track of daily tickets and the email notifications let us know when there is a new comment on a ticket. We have also integrated Targetprocess with Slack which has tremendously helped our workflow because we are constantly up to date on our tickets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it as I do not know of any competitors. It's easy to see what our developers are doing in their sprints and it's easy for me as a support person to put in new requests.
Great development and Project Management collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track development through all stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
interface can be confusing at first.. requires some customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track development through all stages. Communication has improved a great deal. Lots of transparency.
Very customisable, but requiring to set up well
What do you like best about the product?
With boards its possible to almost always show the data you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks a out-of-the box setup that works well for a standard development flow. Not so easy (though better than previously) to make cross-project releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of development, from idea, to implementation to test
Targetprocess is a GREAT Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the software is, the Targetprocess team is always open to feedback. The support team is great, they're very fast and personable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app, it doesn't work like the desktop version does and is ver glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and deadlines, Targetprocess platform allows ALL of the team to be on the same page.
Targetprocess is an affordable and reasonably functional tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive the swim lane GUI is. It's easy to teach new hires, and does not over complicate simple tasks. The ability for the admin to mandate a certain flow is also helpful, to keep the processes and procedures in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a QA Lead, I think the testing and defect entering process could be streamlined a bit, or just made easier to handle. There are a few points where the GUI is not great (the bullet point menu for entering the details in for a test case run overlaps the Test Passed/Failed/Blocked buttons if you overlay your mouse just right, for example), and the whole test case adding process could be made easier. The import and export tools for test case / plan entering could be made more functional as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use TP to ensure that the correct processes and procedures are used each time, for every story, and we use it as a sort of 'system of record' for defects, past releases and stories, and test plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Targetprocess is definitely worth a look. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it's cheap, functional, and reliable.
Perfect way to manage and organize work in easy way
What do you like best about the product?
Away to share tasks between more than one in a team
What do you dislike about the product?
A way to write a task and relate with a project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage my team
Review
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility with most of the platform to define your own process and workflows. I really like the ability to tie into the API easily and create my own custom services that provides messaging and reporting to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dont like at this point is that at the task level you can only estimate by hours and not points. This is a real thorn in the side for doing agile and getting accurate burn down velocity for our team.
As well the zoom level as incredibly annoying feature. I'd rather just be able to setup my views about what I want in a car rather than having to define what I want on a card and having to adjust zoom levels to see that. This has really screwed up communication between our teams and having people (especially new hires) know what their due dates are.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency that works with our clients long term. We are maintaining anywhere from 25-50 projects at at any given time. The amount of flexibility TP provides is paramount to that. But also there is a lot of unnecessary features IMO that just make it confusing and hard to use at times.
