Agile monster
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize views and processes makes it possible to implement any development process I want. Which is critical for us, considering that we improve processes every few months. No other tool can do that and still provide good visualizations.
TP has very flexible model of tickets, I think it is their biggest strength. All benefits derive from it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is generally slow, faster today than a year ago. But we know it runs on IIS, and application is quite heavy which must be inherently slow.
The worst part is sharing link to ticket. It takes a few seconds to open a link in browser, once app is loaded, it is better, but still noticeable.
I don't like the closed-source SaaS model in which it is delivered. I am looking for any alternative which is open-source with similar features and will switch as soon as it arrives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TP helped us to visualize a huge backlog, prioritize it and work on items in sensible/efficient order.
Agility to change process was critical to figure out how we should approach completing work knowing that there is much more of it than we can immediately do.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Search for open source alternative first. If you cannot find one, TP is irreplaceable.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use of TP when compared to other similar types of software. Specifically, this organisation temporarily moved to another product (HP AGM) and within a year, moved back. Creating sub-states is a very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve regarding nomenclature but that can be aligned with practices within organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross departmental interactions - QA, development, business. Every part of the organisation is now on-board with the process that TP facilitates.
Target Process is a great tool for managing my work items and keeping track of my time
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface because it is complex yet intuitive. Boasting a large set of features that eventually come in handy, while making them easy to find when you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of really. Its design was well thought out through and through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At work we work on a Hospitality software and CRM. With several teams (Dev, QA, Business Personnel) target process is a quick, easy and reliable platform for all of us to communicate and classify different issues and tasks as they arise.
One of the Most Versatile and flexible Tools Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the interface can be tailored to you team's neads
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an easy way to toggle the focus without losing the settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software development management. This tool makes the process seamless. It is very easy to pass/track work between our departments
A valuable asset to a team work environment
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ticket card window the best, as it allows me to view all my work as a whole so I can manage time appropriately. Additionally I like that you can move the tickets to various states since that helps to keep track of where you are in the projects final goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the tickets don't show a due date from the ticket window page. It would also be nice if they had an indicator that a new comment had been posted. That would make the system as a whole much easier to keep track of and keep information up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a graphic designer so Target Process helps me to keep in contact with writers, account teams, and managers. With a career that requires a lot of feedback and response, target process is very effective in solving many communication issues in my field

What do you dislike about the product?

TargetProcess, more like TargetAwesome!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to define how we view our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The learning curve is a bit steep at first. The site doesn't always refresh properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an agile group, but are rather deadline-oriented, rather than sprint oriented, so the ability to work in a kanban fashion, but with things like start-end dates is fantastic.
