What do you like best about the product?
The configurability. The support we get from our partners at Apptio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The left pane - the views can become cluttered, and the lack on analytics for each view. Reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to view our Portfolio, make strategic plans from an initiaitve level down, plan capacity, plan quarterly, and manage user demand.

Flexible data model and ability to custimize views for our different user personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The left hand navigation can become a bit overwhelming, would like to see it overhauled to make it easier for our end users to find information

What do you like best about the product?
In several years using the product, very rarely had we need a fonction, report, use case that could not be achieved with Target process. The customizable views are also very useful. Support has also been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a project manager, i am enjoying using it daily, we do hear from regular users it is not a quick learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customized reports that can be adjusted based on the audience without the need to export to another tool such as excel.

What do you like best about the product?
This software works well with our integrated processes, and allows the customization we need. We can set (and change) the flows, build our own boards and lists of the items we need, and work as a remote team on items without conflicts
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no 'simple' or mobile-friendly view to access it on the go to do quick lookups or references
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us build our sprint iterations and release management, as well as help with release documentation
