What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Service Hub allows us to seamlessly engage and communicate with our customers in a central location. This creates a frictionless experience for our clients, which they have come to expect at Fuelled. This is all due to the power of the HubSpot Service Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the HubSpot Service Hub. With that being said, a few times in the feedback services would be nice to change. This relates to the NPS scoring. It is impossible to collect NPS scores from outside of HubSpot and have those scores integrate with the NPS scores collected in HubSpot. I have to manually export everything and track our current score on an Excel sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The services hub is mainly used to collect customer and website visitors' feedback. We are just starting to use the customer portal portion of the service hub, which will greatly enhance the Fuelled experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot allows for easy access to tasks that I need to get done. I also enjoy how I am able to create reports and visualize how my performance is growing and changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across many downsides to hubspot. It is very organized and efficient. The only negative that comes to mind is that the color scheme is a little bleak so it feels like your are using a back end software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot organizes the customer tickets that are being created and makes it easy to respond. It then allows for reports to show how my performance is improving and growing.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have one place to keep and track everything from prospects, to clients, to partners
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a Checklist Function to keep track of individual and templated items on each client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect with 2nd Chance Employers and with Job Seekers who have criminal records. We do 2nd Chance Hiring, so being able to connect with both is vital

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access everything in one location. Customer info, chats, emails, knowledge articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have found at this moment.

Like i stated above HubSpot Service has allowed us to have access to everything we need in one spot rather than having to access several different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Organize and connect CRM with existing CRM platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few cases where information gets lost while importing data from another CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely benefit in sense of more efficient communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can use notes and change categories to organize
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike on tickets once a contact schedules something again it doesn't move into the new contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problems with contacting guests and any large reservations they have.

What do you like best about the product?
Tickets are great. Our team uses this for all of our customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge Base needs more work in terms of folder structure customization. The Customer Portal needs a lot more work, as customization is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our CX team improve the quality of service provided to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how quickly I can get someone on the phone for the simplest questions and very complex answers as well. I have had reps help me think through situations and help me for hours at a time when I needed it most, but I can also have a 1 min conversation and a quick fix and move on. Everyone I get on the phone with is very kind and willing to go the extra mile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit difficult to explain a question to someone new every time having to explain our company background instead of having one direct rep that knows our business plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve anything and everything from why I am getting a simple error in my workflow to recording videos to show me step by step on what I need to do to build out a process from start to finish.

I love the document editor and the ease of publishing and keeping articles up to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes making sure screenshots fit the content appropriately takes a bit of creative cropping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot does many things for our organization but as a member of the CS team, the KB is very impactful to our customers.
