What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to learn and use, the learning curve is not that steep
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get notifications on cases that are not assigned to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows my team to organize very easily, each one of us is able to take over a case and provide a prompt response to all of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that i can make views and have my own filters
What do you dislike about the product?
-completely drowning in boxes and information overkill when just working on tickets
-half of the information provided is in the wrong box
-holding tickets when being answered by a customer stays on hold instead of opening it again.
-cant see the latest time a customer responded only the creation moment of the ticket.
-search function is terrible
-not very intuitive , took me ages to find out where stuff is even tought i am pretty tech-savy

havent seen any major updates to improve User experience

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is intuitive and easy to use to keep all customer information organized all in one userfriendly place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the live chat and other alerts were louder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving so many issues for our department by keeping things more organized and easily accessable to data and notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to maintain many separate lines of communication with our customers. We receive dozens of requests daily by email or through forms that require quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that that hubspot has limited integration with some of the apps that we use. We have attempted to get these apps integrated in the past and have not had any luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us keep track of multiple different departments responding to varied email requests that we get daily. We are able to track our customer service teams efficiency as well.

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly HubSpot is and how helpful HubSpot is when tracking customers, sales, orders. etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard in the past to keep track of tasks, customer response, emails, phone calls etc. With HubSpot everything is so easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize, publish, direct, and manage all customer issues from one place is game changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside I see currently in the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving organizational complexities, it minimizes service time, and gives the ability to see consistent or recurring issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to categorize and keep track of leads and existing members. The integrations help us to keep track of conversations so that we're always communicating with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
We aren't able to upload contact pictures to multiple contacts at a time. This is something we use (along with referral code) to classify a group of our members into a particular category. This helps us see at a glance (without any filters) when a member of that category is active. Not being able to add the contact photo en-mass means that we have to manually apply the photo to each contact in that category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I'm not familiar with any problems in particular. Everything is running great and enabling us to seamlessly email, text, and call our members through integrations.

Sometimes there may be too many menu options and it could be hard to find the right menu you need quickly.

My fellow teammates can collaborate and communicate together in one spot with everything we're working on, independently and together.
