What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of it all. I can build my dashboards and my pipelines and send surveys and everything on HubSpot has its only little place. Nothing is bunched together or convaluted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to customize. While you can add permissions, and build reports- Hubspot itself is virtually already set up. I would like more customization options to build my own system within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me extremely organized. Helping me pull all reports and keeping my research all in one space is amazing. I was having trouble prior to using HubSpot finding a system that would be as organized as this one and easy for new employees to learn, and that's why we love it.

I love how user-friendly the platform is if I ever get stuck the HubSpot Support team helps me very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now- no complaints no dislikes. it has been a good platform

It is helping my company's marketing team, customer service team, and sales team.

Too much sensitive, for example there aretoo many contacts that are the same profile. But it happened that just the name change and so change everything

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub allows me and my team to cut down on the time it takes us to do repeating tasks and allows us to be a more efficient operation overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no qualms or issues with HubSpot Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback surverys, and it allows us to automate this process to lower our manual overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user-friendly. I like how many things we can do on HubSpot, such as send emails, live chat, phone calls, etc. The best part about HubSpot is being able to track all these action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how many duplicate items are on HubSpot. For example, duplicate tickets. It creates a messy workflow and may cause confusion amongst our team. I wish HubSpot was better at detecting and eliminating duplicate tickets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us stay organized and track actions that happen on a situation. Also, it helps us communicate with other departments. Makes it easy to search up items too.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating through it is simple, and I can simply follow my client's concerns. Although this tool is initially challenging to use, getting the hang of it didn't take too much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble finding the tickets or reviews I need. but on occasion, it appears unexpectedly. Perhaps this can be resolved by changing the tool's keywords or functionality. Because HubSpot is a user-friendly platform, finding our clients' tickets, plans, or contact information is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any major, major issues with HubSpot; it is now operating flawlessly. And I'm hoping that this tool will continue to improve in the future. I hope so :)

What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility to customize surveys and forms and the possibility of creating recipient filters through triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are not very intuitive which makes the process a little difficult. I also miss more complete reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main gain is the possibility of having access to feedback from our customers in real time and being able to define conditional responses according to the grade given by the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the worfklows really help user experience. They are not too hard to understand and there is an extensive knowledge base at your disposal. This is better than most competetors since it is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some support metris that service hub does not have. Like time tracking for ticket handling time. Competitors offer this solution out of the box but hubspot does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is more cost effective than it's competitors. We are saving almost $450 switching to hubspot!
