Great CRM but lacking in areas of workflow and AMP abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Central management of all customer details and associated assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
No integration with AMP email services and can't add to active lists in workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track all incoming support issues and immediately address them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful. With a little creativity and work, you can create workflows and pipelines that make the operation of your company much easier and faster! It's complete in every topic: marketing, sales and service! And best of all: you can do a lot of things that you could only do if you were a software developer, without knowing any of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little more customizable. It could let people choose colors for deals, pipelines and stages, for example. If things like this were added to Hubspot, visualization would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and bots save the day! Faster conversations with our customers. Saving time to serve better our customers. Our employees love the usability and practicality of Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Not sure how our business would function without HubSpot service Hub. The seamless storage of contact information and communication makes life on our team and the customer experience so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dedicated customer service tools may have more built out and/or rich feature sets. Not worth paying something extra for though

Making it easy to understand the full customer journey and experience in one place and seeing all touch points with a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love hubspot usability , the hubspot academy course provided to train users and help him take full advantages of using the service hub, ticket creation is simple , features of integrating inbox to teams email is top notch, service hub allows you to create knowledge base, retrieve reports ,use snippets and template, ticket automation is very useful for service desks.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish the starter include knowledge base creation, beside it , I love everything else, the features, the usability, the pipeline ,the properties, good to intake, triage. troubleshoot and resolve your tickets,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will allow my organization to be able to register tickets , intake tickets , triage troubleshoot and resolve the reports will help a lot in increasing product value and improvement

Good experiance for B2B technical support

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot service hub is a simple to utilize a tool that can be modified easily to fit the need of a company. It is ideal for B2C type of support, but it can be modified and used in B2B as well fairly decently.

What I like the most about the system is the ease of connection with the different contact and company, as well as the views you can utilize to manage the tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some strong limitations for B2B sector, especially if you are dealing with recurrent customers that might ask multiple questions over time. This is especially true if you are mixing in the "deals", which are clearly designed to be a function of B2C and not recurrent business in B2B type of company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a consistent flow of answers for our technical support service, and the ease or coordination among multiple agents working in the department. I would definitively say that the quality of our support to our customers has increased since we started using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to move around the CRM. Quickly find a customer and able to contact smoothly through the CRM.
Once I learned it could make templates and snippets I found these items valuable.
When I contacted customer service they were quick to respond, even on the weekend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training on the system was not easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing, at the moment.
When I needed them they responded with answers quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to have everything in one place! It's not difficult to search and find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets a little bit of information overload. But for the most part, the UI is very nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing me to keep track of all customer information and send out automated surveys.

There is not much that I dislike regarding Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to organize each request we receive in one spot, rather than having to search thru email to find different pieces of info we need for one inquiry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about the application in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both employees and customers are benefitting by having their requests answered in a timely matter by anyone that can help them. Major communication improvement.
